于一虚空中盘旋，一首五面显现世间。六度波罗蜜多为手印，最初金刚铃杵燃，中间铃索 充满班杂，最后甘露财富充满。于变幻万千之身色，各式衣裳极其炽燃。东方空行母狮面，常有之女王明亮显现。身色白色炽燃，衣裳白色如水晶般清澈。三首六臂四足伸展，最初金刚班杂燃，中间敌斧木橛击打，最后狮子大乐满足。天之空行母牛面，常有之女王光明炽燃。身色蓝色炽燃，衣裳蓝色琉璃色。三首六臂四足伸展，最初珍宝班杂燃，中间火焰杖，最后虎女田小满足。西方空行母狐狸面，常有之女王柔和悦耳明亮炽燃。身色红色炽燃，衣裳红色威严美丽。最初莲花班杂燃，中间索套三叉戟，最后豺狼田小满足。四足于水神之上伸展。北方空行母金刚喙，常有之女王明亮摇曳。身色绿色炽燃，衣裳绿色琉璃色。三首六臂四足伸展，最初十字班杂红，中间杖持念珠，最后母狼田小满足。四足于夜叉之上伸展。虚空空行母金刚喙，常有之女王光彩明亮炽燃。身色黄色炽燃，衣裳黄色纯金。三首六臂四足伸展，最初法轮班杂燃，中间胜幢短剑持，最后猫头鹰田小满足。于四足之上夜魔伸展。世间善趣三界母，身色深蓝 黑色炽燃。三首六臂四足伸展。右边最初转法轮，左边最初珍宝。右边中间财富击打，左边班杂充满红色。右边最后持长寿，左边最后持铁钩。六足亦断六道门。白母具日轮颅鬘，衣裳层叠白云，具虹光炽燃之边饰。
