Of excellence. When motivated by illusory wisdom, Yogis sing and dance. How they meditate, accordingly, practitioners are well distinguished. Residing in that very fire offering, fire is the face of the deity. Since various activities are accomplished, the activities of fire offering are well explained. The fire offering satisfies the deities. If satisfied, they grant accomplishments. Whatever secret mantras are lacking, all are filled by these fire offerings. Therefore, the supreme sages of body and speech, greatly praised the fire offering. The fire that arises from rubbing wood, performs virtuous deeds. The fire that arises from the outcast or charnel ground, perfectly accomplishes fire activities. The hearth is round, square, crescent-shaped, and triangular. On the corners of the mandala, adorned with vajra symbols. Knowing the method of that very fire offering, in the center of all the hearths, place the crest jewel on top of a lotus, and the vajra, jewel, and lotus. After sitting properly according to the lineage, place both hands between the knees. After filling the ladle with ghee, fill the pouring ladle and burn it in that way. What is needed for the fire offering should be placed on the right. On the left, place a vessel of water. After reciting while performing all activities, perform the scattering of incense and torma.
