Through the combination of mudra and secret mantra, and the combination of meditation wheel, speak the words of summoning. If done in other ways, it will not be accomplished. All those who dwell at the feet of the king, Vajrasattva, great Bodhisattva. Because it can perfect the minds of all beings, it should be repeatedly urged. This is what accomplishes all actions and terrifies the ḍākinīs. Furthermore, all secret mantras, in a forest devoid of people, after the mantra practitioner has recited them a million times, it is said that all actions will be accomplished. Whoever reviles the guru, refutes the Mahāyāna, and whoever mocks the practice of these secret mantra tantras, that one will not attain accomplishment. That one will always be possessed by demons, or will be forcibly killed, or the body will be destroyed. After the mantra practitioner has acted in this way, the accomplishment of bodhi will be well accomplished. All sentient beings of the ten directions are born from the wisdom of the three bodies, and especially should be meditated upon. There is no doubt about this even for enemies. Whether moistened with blood or water, or with ashes from a charnel ground or with excrement and urine, even after wearing moistened clothes, and pressing the mark with the foot, after combining with the king of wrathful ones, and reciting the secret mantra one hundred and eight times, one will definitely bind even the Buddhas. Having worn clothes moistened with water, and having bound them in front of the wrathful one, and having pressed down with the left foot, one will definitely bind even the Buddhas themselves. Clothes soaked with excrement and urine, wearing inferior clothes with a foul odor, and reciting the secret mantra, one will either die soon or become withered. Wearing clothes smeared with ashes and water from a charnel ground, the wrathful one will be wrathful.
