The unsurpassed samaya. The firm vows that have been pledged. These should be well explained. All the Buddhas of the three times, In the past, present, and future, Like the king's law and the command of vows, In order, the commands of cursing and abandoning, The nature of blessings that is difficult to transgress, It is said that all should protect it. Because this great samaya Is blessed by the holy ones, In the past, present, and future, The Buddhas together with their sons, The vidyadharas and dakinis, The gods and the humans, The nagas and non-human beings, Even the great gods with miraculous powers, Will be consumed if they transgress the holy ones. This very nature of the holy ones, In the intention of all the Buddhas, Those who act like echoes, Will be consumed if they act wrongly. The commands of the holy ones, The nature of blessings, curses, and abandonment is established. Whoever transgresses this holy one, Even Vajradhara will be consumed. In the intention of the holy ones, Having obtained empowerment and blessings, If one definitely practices the conduct of the holy ones, The opposing forces will be consumed. Therefore, the Buddhas of the three times Have proclaimed the samaya. The unsurpassed samaya is The all-encompassing self-awareness, bodhicitta, Liberated from coming and going, center and periphery, The very nature of mind without a basis, Whoever realizes the meaning and transforms the place, Is called the ultimate bodhicitta. The unborn bodhicitta itself Appears as the very nature of birth. The mudra of the victorious ones is one's own body, All that appears there is of one essence. Clearly realizing the three doors as oneself, Is explained as the relative bodhicitta. The explanation of secrets and empowerments, Oral instructions and fulfilling transgressions, Supreme and common, and so forth, Giving siddhis and liberating, Because this is equal to the Buddhas, Even for a moment, do not share suffering. From the non-duality of one's own deity, The yogi who clearly sees the four mudras, Without degenerating one's own three doors, Like a river, without interruption. The secret of all the Buddhas Is the secret of the Great Vehicle, Therefore, to those who are unworthy, inferior, or wrong, Do not speak of the ten secrets, and so forth. 根本与，成就一切之根本与，此等若坏则一切皆坏，故称为根本。支分共同誓言与，非共同者当宣说。首先获得秘密之灌顶后，为使能力显现，为自他故，共同之违越与诽谤皆超越，令一切与心欢喜，不违越共同誓言，是为共同誓言。非共同者，由补特伽罗，大方便非共同者，五烦恼与五行，五甘露与五智，五成就之法性等，乃士夫异性行境，非共同瑜伽之境，故说为非共同。从最初起至获得验相，根本支分具足之，身心不散乱，一心一意，连同相一并受持。于地道纯熟及至究竟时，安住于三摩地义之时，不生违越之三门，于三摩地相续之誓言中，无余摄集相之誓言。从义起时，慈悲与，根本支分具威力。安住于佛地时，是不退转之誓言，如海之湿性般，无得无舍。无守护之智慧誓言，此誓言甚奇妙。修持具验相时，当守护共同之誓言，无论修何法，若成就，由各自之分别，无誓言则不成就。于任何补特伽罗所喜乐者，由誓言苦行之门，为令欢喜于秘密义，故宣说无量誓言之相。最初对具业瑜伽士，宣说根本共同誓言。安住后对具衰损补特伽罗，宣说非共同之誓言。对证悟无惧之补特伽罗，宣说无退转衰损之誓言。于地道纯熟至究竟者，宣说三摩地相续之誓言。与一切成就证悟相连，此誓言乃大金刚。一切佛所加持之，此根本支分具足者，获得后如法守护者，说纵功德小亦能成就。殊胜与共同等，一切成就分别，无论任何仪轨与三摩地，无论修何法，以不衰损之方式，精进修持，速能成就。

Root and, root of all accomplishments, if these are broken, everything is broken, therefore it is called the root. Branch common samaya and, non-common should be explained. First, after obtaining the secret empowerment, in order to manifest the ability, for the sake of oneself and others, the common transgressions and slanders are all transcended, making everyone and mind happy, not violating the common samaya, this is said to be the common samaya. Non-common, by the individual, great skillful means non-common, the five afflictions and five actions, five nectars and five wisdoms, the nature of the five accomplishments, etc., are the objects of practice for men and women, not the object of common yoga, therefore it is said to be non-common. From the beginning until the attainment of signs, with the root and branches complete, body and mind undistracted, with one-pointedness, together with the aspects, accept them. When the ground is attained, familiarized, and perfected, when abiding in the meaning of samadhi, the three doors of transgression do not arise, in the samaya of the continuity of samadhi, all the samayas of aspects are included. When arising from the meaning, compassion and, the root and branches are powerful. When abiding on the Buddha ground, it is the irreversible samaya, like the moisture of the ocean, there is no gaining or abandoning. The wisdom samaya without protection, this samaya is very wonderful. When practicing with signs, the common samaya should be protected, whatever practice is done, if it is accomplished, by each individual's own discernment, without samaya it will not be accomplished. For whatever individual is pleased, through the door of samaya asceticism, in order to please the secret meaning, therefore the infinite aspects of samaya are taught. Initially, for the yogi with karma, the root common samaya is taught. After stabilizing, for the individual with degeneration, the non-common samaya is taught. For the individual with fearless realization, the samaya without regression or degeneration is taught. For those who have attained, familiarized, and perfected the ground, the samaya of the continuity of samadhi is taught. Connected with all accomplishments and realizations, this samaya is the great vajra. Blessed by all the Buddhas, this root and branch complete one, having obtained it, those who protect it properly, it is said that even small qualities can be accomplished. Supreme and common, etc., all accomplishment distinctions, whatever ritual and samadhi, whatever practice, by not degenerating, diligently practice, quickly accomplish.
