Sa! Purifying the channels, relying on the wind yoga of speech, purifying the winds, relying on the bindu of mind, purifying the elements. With these in order, the three of body, speech, and mind simultaneously, the generation stage, completion stage, and great completion, should be practiced simultaneously. Initially, whoever is accustomed to tummo, everything is integrated into union. Because the central channel of union is pure, the purity of the channels is the nirmanakaya, the purity of the winds is the sambhogakaya, the purity of the bindu is the dharmakaya. With the great union of the three kayas, the three places of body, speech, and mind are purified, possessing the nature of the three vajras, attaining inseparable wisdom. In the groundless oneness, the signs and qualities of the path naturally appear. For example, when a tree grows, although one does not desire branches and bark, they arise naturally. Without traversing the bhumis and paths, one traverses them primordially. The yogi transforms through this method. The channels are pure, the winds are pure, the bindus are pure, the play of wisdom naturally arises. What arises from cause and condition, the key points of view, meditation, conduct, and result, are completely perfected from one without exception. The reality of this life, future life, and the intermediate state, also transforms into the essence of true meaning. From the channels, the true wind is possessed, the activities of the bindu are accomplished. The five wisdoms of one-taste tummo, together with the five afflictions, are without separation, abiding and possessing this transforms. Shaking and flowing, the uncontaminated qualities of bliss and emptiness, greatly appear. From the heart streams of all gurus, yidams, and dakinis, the chapter on determining and practicing the inseparable union of channels, winds, and bindus in the expanse of space, is the thirty-third chapter. The very beginning of the key points of practice, by oneself, the tummo of the body is well trained, becoming accustomed and familiar, and stable. And upon a woman with lineage, relying and practicing, the three of body, speech, and mind are without defects, possessing many qualities, perfectly complete, in the prime of life and without defilement, able to bestow the qualities of bliss, yogis agreeing in their own minds, entering the door of maturation and liberation, slowly practicing the path of means. First, practice the tummo of shaking, in the middle, the wheel of increase, and finally applying it to activity, the wise repeatedly subdue, essence and purity.

Do not take or reject incorrectly. From the wisdom of the four joys, Well and gradually ascertain. Essences and dregs, etc., Take and reject together with removing faults and possessing qualities. Repeatedly discard the dregs of dregs, Send the essence of essences into the dharmadhatu. Joy and suffering, two aspects, Even after the two become non-dual and one, Abide in the great expanse of equanimity. Thus, first with one's own body, Then gradually with others' bodies, Relying on them, practice the skills of the path, And blend into the non-dual dharmadhatu. Also, the various sequences of actions That are perfectly certain and endowed with this, Apply to actions such as clairvoyance. Having ascertained, engage in benefiting others, Send the result into the nature of the three kayas. From the vast expanse of space in the heart-mind of all lamas, yidams, and dakinis, the chapter on demonstrating the practice of cultivating skills based on one's own body and others' bodies is the fifty-fourth. When focusing on the key points of practice, Three kinds of experiences will arise, First, the wisdom of bliss arises, The body is not felt as existent or non-existent, Even if a rain of weapons falls on the body, It becomes a support for increasing the wisdom of bliss. Countless aspects of the qualities of being without pain Will arise in the body. The blazing of bliss in speech is Because of obtaining the freedom to control the winds, Whether long or short, and wherever directed, One will certainly go on the path, And the power of The power blazes, the throat and tongue are comfortable, It is melodious and harmonious, making oneself and others happy. The mind is at ease, free from all pain, The four joys and five wisdoms, The great skill of practice blazes. Thus, the three, body, speech, and mind, And from the play of this and that, Bliss with outflows and without outflows, Such as union, The result becomes liberation, Adorned with marks and signs, The symbolic meanings of outer, inner, and secret are in accord. From the vast expanse of space in the heart-mind of all lamas, yidams, and dakinis, the chapter on demonstrating the arising of bliss experience is the fifty-fifth. Then, in the second experience, Through the clarity of outer, inner, and other, etc., The nature of the key points of practice will be ascertained. Clarity in the outer and clarity in the inner, And clarity apart from that, Such as manifest and experiential appearances, And clarity in the natural light, etc. For whatever sensory object, Without near or far, clarity, etc. Extremely clear and cognitive, Without partiality or bias, Naturally clear in equality, Ne
