明观而修。彼于语道身充满，极修吽（藏文：ཧཱྂ་，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）之众。身融入吽（藏文：ཧཱྂ་，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）之众。于何为之事取形相，以绿色之颜料粉，于彼心内我入已，念诵吽（藏文：ཧཱྂ་，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）之咒，随欲何事业之大族形相，多兵力强盔甲好，能调伏嗔恨者，能调伏贪欲者，能降伏大骄慢，彼能护持教法，彼能受用眷属，乐于安住转为异，欲从彼身出现者，以等持取忿寂之形相，以缓语念诵吽（藏文：ཧཱྂ་，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，现为不现之形相，融入我之身。于洲或尸林处，我之欲乐以法力，执持幻化胜妙坛城，由网之坛城一切生。从秘密之精要彼性而定，是诸如来一切之加持生之品，第三十九。此后薄伽梵吉祥普贤，为示自身之大功德，为利有情众生，从如是性之界，取出此身语意金刚。吉祥自身之殊胜族之母，于当降之影像，顶门口及心间，以五字加持观为穆（藏文：མཱུྂ་，梵文天城体：मूँ，梵文罗马拟音：mūṃ，汉语字面意思：穆）。彼于串习生秘密名，观穆（藏文：མཱུྂ་，梵文天城体：मूँ，梵文罗马拟音：mūṃ，汉语字面意思：穆）之众诸天。彼于离边无所缘，彼以月之姿态执持已，观想佛金刚乍那嘎，具足智慧母。入于道已彼身充满，彼串习心安乐明朗融，如是诸族于阿（藏文：ཨཱ+ོྂ་，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）中观。器处具乐充满转，穆（藏文：མཱུྂ་，梵文天城体：मूँ，梵文罗马拟音：mūṃ，汉语字面意思：穆）之众亦明然住。手印心要形相等，如族类同而作意。如稳固阿之放收般，于名识加持之状态而观。从无根之自性心，观如意文字之云聚。手印极明了时，宣说是近依。放收与族类同之数，观后念诵及现前时，结胜妙之铁钩手印。

Meditate clearly. May it fill the body through the path of speech. Meditate intensely on the assembly of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱྂ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). The body dissolves into the assembly of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱྂ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). Having taken the form of what is to be done, with green pigment powder, I enter into its heart, reciting the mantra called Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱྂ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), whatever form of great lineage of action is desired, many soldiers, strong power, good armor, will tame the angry ones, will subdue the desirous ones, will humble the great arrogant ones. It will uphold the doctrine, enjoy its retinue, and the joy of dwelling will transform. If one wishes to arise from that body, taking the form of wrathful pacification with equanimity, by gently uttering the word Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱྂ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), it appears as an invisible form, and becomes absorbed into my body. In places such as continents or charnel grounds, my desire, by the power of Dharma, holds the supreme mandala of illusion, and the entire mandala of the net arises. From the certainty of the secret essence itself, this is the thirty-ninth chapter on the arising of the blessings of all the Tathāgatas. Then, the Bhagavan, glorious Samantabhadra, in order to show the great qualities of himself, for the sake of sentient beings, extracted this body, speech, and mind vajra from the realm of suchness. The supreme mother of the glorious lineage itself, upon the image to be brought down, the crown of the head, the mouth, and the heart are marked. Bless with five syllables, contemplate as Mūṃ (Tibetan: མཱུྂ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: मूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: mūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 穆). From the habit of that, the secret name arises. Meditate on the deities of the assembly of Mūṃ (Tibetan: མཱུྂ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: मूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: mūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 穆). That itself is beyond extremes, without object. Having held it in the manner of the moon, contemplate Buddha Vajra Cānakā, endowed with the wisdom mother. Having entered the path, fill that body. That habit, ease of mind, clarity, joy, dissolves. Likewise, contemplate the lineages in Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱ+ོྂ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: 阿). May the vessel-place be filled with bliss and transform. The assembly of Mūṃ (Tibetan: མཱུྂ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: मूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: mūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 穆) also abides clearly. Hand seals, essence, form, etc., contemplate according to the lineage. Like the emanation and gathering of the stable A, contemplate in the state of blessing the consciousness. From the rootless mind itself, contemplate the cloud of wish-fulfilling letters. When the hand seals are very clear, proclaim that it is the near retreat. The number of emanations and gatherings that are in accordance with the lineage, having meditated, when reciting and in manifestation, bind the supreme iron hook hand seal.
