་མ་མཆིས་ན། །ཡོ་གའི་དམ་ཚིག་སྲུང་བའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ། །ཉམས་པ་བཀའ་ཡི་ཆད་པ་བྱུང་ན་བཤགས། །དེ་ནས་ཡར་ལ་བློ་སེམས་ཆེར་སྐྱེས་ནས། །ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་སྒོར་ཞུགས་ནས། །མ་ཧཱ་ཡོ་གའི་དམ་ཚིག་མནོས་པ་ལས། །འཁོར་བ་དང་ནི་མྱ་ངན་འདས་པའི་ཆོས། །ཡབ་ལྔ་དང་ནི་ཡུམ་ལྔར་སྦྱོར་བས་ན། །རྒྱལ་བའི་དམ་ཚིག་མཆོག་ཏུ་གསུངས་པ་ལས། །མ་ཧཱ་ཡོ་ག་སྲུང་བའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ། །ཉམས་པ་བཀའ་ཡི་ཆད་པ་བྱུང་ན་བཤགས། །དེ་ནས་ཡར་ལ་བློ་སེམས་ཆེར་སྐྱེས་ནས། །དབྱིངས་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་གཉིས་ཀྱི་སྒོར་ཞུགས་ནས། །ཨ་ནུ་ཡོ་གའི་དམ་ཚིག་མནོས་པ་ལས། །ཕྱི་ནང་སྣང་སྲིད་དུས་གསུམ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀུན། །རང་རིག་ཡེ་ཤེས་དབྱིངས་ལས་མི་གཞན་ཏེ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་འཆང་བྱེད་ཅིང་། །ཨ་ནུ་ཡོ་ག་སྲུང་བའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ། །ཉམས་པ་བཀའ་ཡི་ཆད་པ་བྱུང་ན་བཤགས། །དེ་ནས་ཡར་ལ་བློ་སེམས་ཆེར་སྐྱེས་ནས། །ཁྱབ་གདལ་ཆེན་པོ་ཐེག་པའི་སྒོར་ཞུགས་ནས། །ཨ་ཏི་ཡོ་གའི་དམ་ཚིག་མནོས་པ་ལས། །མེད་པའི་དམ་ཚིག་དང་ནི་ཕྱལ་པ་དང་། །གཅིག་པུའི་དམ་ཚིག་དང་ནི་ལྷུན་གྱིས་རྫོགས། །གྲངས་དང་ཕྱོགས་ལས་ འདས་པའི་དམ་ཚིག་ལ། །རྒྱལ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་དམ་ཚིག་མཆོག་ཏུ་གསུངས། །བསྲུང་མཚམས་མེད་པས་མེད་པའི་དམ་ཚིག་ལ། །གཟུང་དང་འཛིན་པ་མེད་པས་ཕྱལ་པ་ཡིན། །ཐམས་ཅད་སེམས་སུ་འདུས་པས་གཅིག་པུ་ཉིད། །ལྷག་མ་མེད་པར་འདུས་པས་ལྷུན་གྱིས་རྫོགས། །དེ་ལ་ཉམས་པའི་སྐྱོན་ལྟ་མ་མཆིས་ན། །ཨ་ཏི་ཡོ་ག་སྲུང་བའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ། །ཉམས་པ་བཀའ་ཡི་ཆད་པ་བྱུང་ན་བཤགས། །སྡེ་སྣོད་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་གྱི་བསྲུང་བྱ་ནི། །ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་རྣམ་པར་དག་པས་འདུལ་མཐར་ཕྱིན། །རང་དབང་མངོན་དུ་གྱུར་པས་མངོན་མཐར་ཕྱིན། །ཤེས་རབ་རྣམ་དག་མདོ་སྡེའི་མཐའ་རུ་ཕྱིན། །ཕྱི་ཡི་ལྷ་སྲིན་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་སྲུང་མ་རྣམས། །དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པར་གྱུར་ན་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །ཀྲི་ཡོག་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་གྱི་བསྲུང་བྱ་ནི། །དག་པ་རྣམ་གསུམ་ཀྲི་ཡ་མཐའ་རུ་ཕྱིན། །བལྟ་སྤྱོད་གཉིས་མེད་ཨུ་པ་ཡ་མཐར་ཕྱིན། །སུམ་ཅུ་ལྷ་ཡི་སྐུར་གསལ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མཐའ། །དཔལ་མགོན་བདུན་ཅུ་ལ་སོགས་སྲུང་མ་རྣམས། །དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པར་གྱུར་ན་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །ཡོ་ག་རྣམ་གསུམ་དམ་ཚིག་བསྲུང་བྱ་ནི། །རྩ་བ་ཡན་ལག་སྲུང་བ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཆེ། །སྒྲུབ་པ་ཁྱད་པར་དམ་ཚིག་ཨ་ནུའི་མཐའ། །ལྷག་པའི་དམ་ཚིག་རྣམ་བཞི་རྫོགས་ཆེན་པ། །ནང་དང་གསང་བའི་ལྷ་སྲིན་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་རྣམས། །དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པར་གྱུར་ན་མཐོལ་ལོ་བ

若无有，守护瑜伽誓言之瑜伽士，若有违犯教言之罪，则忏悔。 其后向上，心智大为增长后，进入方便与智慧二者之门后，领受嘛哈瑜伽之誓言，轮回与涅槃之法，以五父与五母相合，诸佛所说之殊胜誓言，守护嘛哈瑜伽之瑜伽士，若有违犯教言之罪，则忏悔。 其后向上，心智大为增长后，进入法界与智慧二者之门后，领受阿努瑜伽之誓言，内外显有三时一切诸法，皆非自明智慧法界之外，手持金刚铃杵手印，守护阿努瑜伽之瑜伽士，若有违犯教言之罪，则忏悔。 其后向上，心智大为增长后，进入广大遍布之乘之门后，领受阿底瑜伽之誓言，无有之誓言与离戏之誓言，唯一之誓言与任运自成，超离数量与方所之誓言，诸佛所说之殊胜誓言，因无守护之界限故为无有之誓言，因无能取与所取故为离戏，因一切皆汇集于心故为唯一，因无余而汇集故为任运自成，若无彼之违犯之过失，守护阿底瑜伽之瑜伽士，若有违犯教言之罪，则忏悔。 三藏之所守护者，以戒律清净而至调伏之边际，以自在现前而至胜观之边际，以智慧清净而至经部之边际，外之天魔鬼神八部守护者等，若有誓言违犯，则坦白忏悔。 三瑜伽之所守护者，以清净三者而至克里雅之边际，以见行二者无别而至乌巴雅之边际，以三十天身明观而至瑜伽之边际，吉祥怙主七十等守护者等，若有誓言违犯，则坦白忏悔。 三瑜伽誓言之所守护者，守护根本支分乃大瑜伽，修法差别誓言阿努之边际，殊胜誓言四种大圆满，内外秘密天魔鬼神八部等，若有誓言违犯，则坦白忏悔。
English
If there is not, the yogi who protects the vows of yoga, if there is a transgression of the words of the command, then I confess. Thereafter, upwards, the mind and intellect greatly increase, and after entering the door of the two, means and wisdom, having received the vows of Mahāyoga, the dharmas of samsara and nirvana, by uniting the five fathers and the five mothers, from the supreme vows spoken by the Buddhas, the yogi who protects Mahāyoga, if there is a transgression of the words of the command, then I confess. Thereafter, upwards, the mind and intellect greatly increase, and after entering the door of the two, the dharmadhatu and wisdom, having received the vows of Anuyoga, all phenomena of the three times, internal and external, are none other than the dharmadhatu of self-knowing wisdom, holding the vajra and bell mudra, the yogi who protects Anuyoga, if there is a transgression of the words of the command, then I confess. Thereafter, upwards, the mind and intellect greatly increase, and after entering the door of the vehicle of great expanse, having received the vows of Atiyoga, the vow of non-existence and the vow of simplicity, the vow of oneness and the vow of spontaneous perfection, the vow that transcends number and direction, the supreme vows spoken by the Buddhas, because there is no limit to guarding, it is the vow of non-existence, because there is no grasper and grasped, it is simplicity, because all are gathered in the mind, it is oneness, because it is gathered without remainder, it is spontaneous perfection, if there is no fault of transgression in that, the yogi who protects Atiyoga, if there is a transgression of the words of the command, then I confess. The objects to be protected by the three pitakas are, by pure morality, to reach the limit of discipline, by manifest freedom, to reach the limit of higher knowledge, by pure wisdom, to reach the limit of the sutras, the outer gods, demons, and the eight classes of protectors, if the vows are broken, then I confess. The objects to be protected by the three yogas are, by the three purities, to reach the limit of Kriya, by the non-duality of view and conduct, to reach the limit of Ubhaya, by the clear yoga of the thirty deities, to reach the limit of yoga, the glorious protector seventy, and so on, the protectors, if the vows are broken, then I confess. The objects to be protected by the vows of the three yogas are, protecting the root and branches is great yoga, the distinction of practice is the limit of the vows of Anu, the four excellent vows are great perfection, the inner and secret gods, demons, and the eight classes, if the vows are broken, then I confess.
