以及普贤王如来和五部如来等，幻化寂怒诸尊是具大悲心和善巧方便，对一切众生平等对待的怙主父母。往昔安住于持明果位者是善知识，我等进入密咒之门者，以未能通达如来之行持，未能领悟甚深密意之故，违犯了甚深秘密之教言，超越了根本和支分的誓言。有些人对如来未作丝毫改造的教言，妄加评判和割裂；有些人从内心诋毁殊胜导师金刚上师，盗取教言，做出许多违背上师意愿之事；有些人对具同一誓言的金刚道友，生起邪见和邪行，恶念和轻蔑之心，偷盗抢劫，殴打辱骂，恶语相向等，造作了许多违犯身誓言之业；有些人最初被金刚上师授记，蒙受恩德后，本尊天尊之三摩地未能明晰，修习未见成效，中断了念诵和持诵，甚深近修之期已过，岁月空逝等；有些人显现了甚深秘密教言之见行。 将隐藏之秘密，应秘密之事，以及委托秘密之事泄露于他人等，以违犯身语意三门誓言之故，造作了焚烧身语意三门之业。以此供养十方幻化自性之坛城，安住于成就之地的持明男女，以及由智慧和业所成就之善恶护法，追随誓言之誓言神海众，忏悔往昔所造诸业。忏悔文是因违犯身誓言之故，今生身体遭受麻风、疮等痛苦，来世也将堕入大恶趣深渊，遭受无有解脱之时，身体被切割砍剁等痛苦之因，我等在此忏悔一切罪业。语之誓言……

And Samantabhadra, the Five Tathagatas, and all the peaceful and wrathful deities of illusion, are compassionate and skillful, impartial fathers and mothers to all. Those who dwell in the realm of the Vidyadharas of the past are virtuous friends. We and others who have entered the gate of secret mantra, because we have not fully understood the actions of the Tathagatas, and have not comprehended the profound intentions, have misused the great secret teachings, and have transgressed and violated the root and branch vows. Some have judged and dissected the unaltered teachings of the Tathagatas. Some have sincerely slandered the noble teacher, the Vajra Master, stolen teachings, and done many things against his will. Some have had wrong views and actions towards Vajra brothers and sisters who share the same vows, harbored evil thoughts and contempt, stolen and robbed, beaten and insulted, spoken ill, and so on, committing many acts that violate the body vows. Some were initially prophesied by the Vajra Master and received his kindness, but the samadhi of the Yidam deity did not become clear, practice did not bear fruit, recitation and chanting were interrupted, deep retreat periods were missed, and years passed in vain. Some have revealed the view and practice of the profound secret teachings. Revealing hidden secrets, things that should be kept secret, and things entrusted in secret to others, and so on, due to violating the vows of body, speech, and mind, we have committed acts that burn the three doors of body, speech, and mind. Through this offering to the mandala of the illusory nature of the ten directions, the male and female Vidyadharas who dwell in the realm of accomplishment, the Dharma protectors who are accomplished through wisdom and karma, and the ocean of Damchen who follow the vows, we confess and repent all the misdeeds we have committed. This confession is because of violating the body vows, in this life we suffer from leprosy, sores, and other sufferings on our bodies, and in the next life we will fall into the depths of the great hell, suffering without liberation, our bodies being cut and chopped. 由于违背身誓言的缘故，对于此世和来世的语哑口吃等语之业障，全部发露并忏悔。由于违背意誓言的缘故，对于此世和来世的心狂痴呆等，以及恶趣之业障，全部发露并忏悔。有些人未经灌顶而被上师摄受，享用甚深之法，造作虚假；有些人未领悟隐秘之口诀，显露隐藏之秘密，轻率地修持甚深密咒之行，造作如乌鸦和豺狼般的罪业，造作难忍地狱之业，全部发露并忏悔。有些人如法领受智慧本尊和金刚上师之秘密誓言后，以囤积之念欺骗教法，成为僧团之豺狼，税收之囤积者，对道友 有所保留，对殊胜供品和圣者之供养加以侵吞。有些人未能领悟此世之短暂，不知来世，行友之谄媚、强迫和傲慢之业，未能亲近密咒之经典，全部发露并忏悔。此外，违越二十五支分誓言中应守护之五誓言，即两次的“ཏ་ན་ག་ཎ་”（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），不予而取，妄语，绮语等，未能亲近经典，全部发露并忏悔。违越不应舍弃之五誓言，即贪欲，嗔恨，愚痴，傲慢，嫉妒等，未能亲近经典，全部发露并忏悔。违越应受持之五誓言，即大便，小便，血，肉，金刚甘露等，未能亲近经典，全部发露并忏悔。违越应知晓之五誓言，即五蕴，五大，五根，五境，五色等，未能了知其为部族之父，部族之母，勇士，明妃，怒尊，怒母，本尊和本尊母之自性，全部发露并忏悔。违越应修持之五誓言，即如来部，金刚部，宝生部，莲花部

Due to transgressing the vows of body, I confess and repent all the accumulated karmic obscurations of speech, such as stammering and muteness, in this life and future lives. Due to transgressing the vows of mind, I confess and repent all the accumulated causes for mental derangement, insanity, and the like, as well as the causes for lower realms, in this life and future lives. Some, without receiving empowerment, are taken in by the guru and consume profound teachings, fabricating falsehoods. Some, without understanding the hidden instructions, openly reveal hidden secrets, and carelessly engage in profound tantric practices. They commit sins like crows and jackals, and create unbearable hellish karma, all of which I confess and repent. Some, after properly receiving the secret vows of the wisdom deity and the vajra master, deceive the teachings with hoarding intentions, becoming jackals of the sangha, hoarders of taxes, and towards dharma friends withholding things, and encroaching upon the best offerings and offerings dedicated to the noble ones. Some, failing to realize the fleeting moment of this world and not knowing the future life, engage in flattery, coercion, and arrogance towards friends, and fail to draw near to the tantric scriptures, all of which I confess and repent. Furthermore, transgressing the five vows to be practiced among the twenty-five branch vows, namely the two "ta na ga na" (ཏ་ན་ག་ཎ་, तनागण, tanagaṇa, meaning of the two syllables), taking what is not given, lying, and idle talk, failing to draw near to the scriptures, all of which I confess and repent. Transgressing the five vows not to be abandoned, namely desire, hatred, delusion, pride, and jealousy, failing to draw near to the scriptures, all of which I confess and repent. Transgressing the five vows to be accepted, namely feces, urine, blood, meat, and vajra essence, failing to draw near to the scriptures, all of which I confess and repent. Transgressing the five vows to be known, namely the five aggregates, the five elements, the five senses, the five objects, and the five colors, etc., failing to recognize them as the nature of the father of the family, the mother of the family, the hero, the heroine, the wrathful one, the wrathful mother, the deity, and the goddess, all of which I confess and repent.
