Even if one does not enter the mandala, one enters all mandalas and becomes the teacher of all. By reciting it once, one will not be killed, one will not be obstructed, and in all places, one will see, hear, perceive, and know all kinds of letters. All the Tathagatas together with the Great Vajradhara will remember and bestow all accomplishments upon him. This is not for complete purification and reliance. Those who create obstacles will also not give suffering. The Bhagavan Great Bliss Vajradhara, who is extremely stable and extremely joyful, follows attachment, is extremely vast, and quickly accomplishes all accomplishments, all perfections, all wisdoms, and all actions with unfailing accomplishment. However, whoever writes it, or causes it to be written, or recites it once, or holds it, even if he has not practiced and has not entered the mandala, will attain all the supreme accomplishments he desires in this very life. What is the reason for this? Because this is meaningful and unobstructed, it is the nature of the lord of all Tathagatas, and all Tathagatas cannot create obstacles because everything follows attachment. The Bodhi of the Buddha also arises from following attachment. Following attachment by relying on desire, if it is not so, how can it be transformed into all the supreme states such as great bliss? This was spoken by the unobstructed Bhagavan Great Attachment Great Bliss. If accomplished, then great bliss is: Vajra attachment gives it in an instant. This is the vow of practice, which is difficult for anyone to transgress. Whether one commits great sins or has not seen the mandala, reciting it once can purify sins, and one will be accomplished by supreme accomplishment. Whether it is spoken by thought or by desire, if one remembers and contemplates the image, or in the essence or in the scripture, because everything is, one becomes the master. Wherever there is no image and it becomes without scripture, one should write the letter ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) in all places and accomplish self-practice and accomplishment. This is meaningful and unobstructed.

Thus spoke the great Vajradhara, the one with accomplishments. Thereafter, if one wishes to accomplish all the actions of this King of Conceptions, then after drawing all the mandalas with lines, one should write the symbolic mudras. One should enter with the first vajra and speak: From great attachment comes great obstruction. From great obstruction comes great bliss. From great bliss the vajra is shown. From the vajra the mudra arises. The vajra of body, speech, and mind, by thoroughly combining the images, is the explanation of all mudras, difficult to transgress the samaya. By merely forming the mudra, Buddhas, Vajradhara, and so forth, are truly gathered. If this is done, the equal world will be accomplished. Just as the command of a king's seal is difficult to transgress, so too, all the victorious ones cannot transgress the mudra. The Buddha himself or Vajradhara, even after hundreds of millions of kalpas, cannot obtain it. How can the supreme mudra, gathered together, be obtained in this very life? Just as the world to be tamed is, so is the accomplishment spoken of. Its means is the mudra, the supreme one who accomplishes all attainments. Likewise, the extensive ritual and all accomplishments cannot be devoured by demons. Then, this is the secret samaya mudra of the first mandala: all fingers joined together, it is called the vajra palm. From the fingers bound inside, the vajra is also truly said to be bound. Within the vajra bond, the index finger and thumb are truly joined. The right thumb is raised, inserted, and pressed, holding the iron hook. The five arrows are gathered and bound, the central knot residing within. The edge of the thumbs aligned is the vajra, the first bliss is firm. The tips of the thumb and index finger are joined, the tip of the middle finger, joined like an eyeball, is held. The vajra of the middle finger is below, pressed and squeezed by the thumb. Like a vajra threader, the ring finger and little finger are opened. Rotating and placing it on the knees, it is born from the first vajra. Throwing upwards and pouring downwards, the thumbs joined and rotating, greatly stretching and smearing, rotating and staying on the crown of the head, rotating and placing it in the heart, completely rotating and rejoicing. Rising upwards from the mouth, that
