一百四十个莲花瓣相互连接，金刚合掌舞姿变化多端，威严姿态极其庄严，解脱并用牙齿咬住母唇，如莲花瓣般观看。讲述此理并吟唱，互相激励，显现且无所执着，以无执的殊胜安乐，安乐瑜伽之形，给予力量并施予安乐，自性不可思议，给予力量，起立并成就。以贪恋而不染污，以安乐触碰并祈请。此后，世尊大乐普贤佛母以大乐激励，心得以觉醒，极其欢喜，进入名为金刚吉祥的等持，在极其广大的瑜伽众会眷属中，以极其欢喜的金刚妙音吟唱，金刚嬉戏的世尊欢喜而受用，从自身的身语意金刚秘密的心间，念诵“玛哈苏卡吽(藏文：མ་ཧ་སུ་ཀ་ཧུ༷་，梵文天城体：महा सुख हुं，梵文罗马拟音：maha sukha hum，汉语字面意思：大乐 吽)”。之后，取出一切如来之母，智慧之界富饶母。在新月之上具备的，两种智慧如母般，以 bindu 标志装饰，显明。智慧瑜伽母的，阿里嘎丽引导，在中央作图，在其母音的末尾，以两个忿怒尊供养。此乃明亮无比的明妃，金刚坛城瑜伽母的，仅仅忆念这些，也因一切福德而加持转变。两个阿里中央画线，引导正确具备，上方喜悦新月 bindu ，首尾也画其他。此乃明亮之究竟义，瑜伽宝母权施予，讲述者将获得福德，罪业也将获得。应具备两个阿里，六字分为两个字讲述。此乃极喜一切贪恋，被称为摩羯母。最初大劫的，置于强力短音节。成佛菩提极施予，于自身或于他者皆可。以此手印封印，若修所修坛城，真实。
