Make the lower end triangular. Standing majestically like a mountain, this is the form. Blessing: First, bless it as the three kayas. Then, visualize the knot as an immeasurable palace, with a center in the ten directions. Place five coiled Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧུ༷, Sanskrit Devanagari: हु, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). In the center is Heruka, in front is the Victorious Over the Three Realms, in the south is Yama, the Lord of Death, in the west is Hayagriva, and in the north is Mahabala. By merely remembering the heart mantras of each of these deities, invoke them. Offer whatever outer and inner offerings are available. After the samaya, perfect all the adornments of non-duality, this is the blessing as the Sambhogakaya. Then generate the wrathful deity, the son Phurba, reciting: Oṃ Vajra Kili Kili Yamarāna Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོ་བཛྲ་ཀི་ལི་ཀི་ལ་ཡ་མ་ར་ན་ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ वज्र किलि कि लाय मर न फट, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra kili kili yamarāna phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Kilaya, Kilaya, Yama, Death, Phat). The left hand holds the image of the Phurba, baring its fangs, extremely fierce, in the pyre of the charnel ground, the part below the navel, the iron triangular peg, about one-third submerged in the ash. Of the four hands, the right hand gesture is holding an axe, the blade facing upwards, ready to strike. The left hand possesses the power to suppress Mount Meru. The first left hand holds a vajra, making a cracking sound, terrifying the three realms of demons. The lower 304 peg is triangular, being inserted. Assume the posture of inserting. Terrifying the three lower realms, gathering the power and might of all the wrathful deities, also baring its fangs. Showing entry into the Great Constant, this is the blessing as the Nirmanakaya. To this, perform the blessing according to the ritual. Bless with the five grains in five ways. Bless as body, speech, and mind. Visualize Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོ༷, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) on the crown of the head, short A at the waist, and Phaṭ at the top. Then, focus single-pointedly on the wisdom of the mind. Then, place three Phaṭ in the triangle. Place Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧུ༷, Sanskrit Devanagari: हु, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) on the three faces. Then visualize the deity, and all the wrathful deities of each lineage bestow empowerment.
