རྟོག་པ་ཆོམས། །ཡིད་གཞུདས་བློ་རྣོ་དབང་པོ་གསལ། །སེམས་དག་གཞུད་བཟང་ཞལ་རྟག་ལ། །དམ་ཚིག་ཕྱོགས་ལས་མི་འདའ་བ། །ཚིག་ལ་རྫུན་གྱི་གྲོནཐབས་མེད། །དད་པ་སྐྱོ་དང་དུབ་པ་མེད། །སྤྱོད་པ་དྲང་ཞིང་དོར་བ་མེད། །བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཐང་དང་ལྷོད་པ་མེད། །ངོ་ཚ་ཤེས་དང་ཁྲེལ་ཡོད་187༄༅། །པ། །གོམ་པ་དལ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པ་གཟོབ། །མིག་འབྲུ་ཚུགས་སུ་མི་ལྟ་ཞིང་། །འོག་དང་ཟུར་གྱིས་རྟོགས་པར་ལྟ། །དབུ་འོ་་འཇམ་ལ་ལྕང་འོ་་འཁྱིལ། །སྨིན་བཀྲ་ཕྲ་ལ་དཀྱུས་རིང་བ། །སྣ་ཟུར་ཟོང་ལས་རྒྱུད་མ་ཆད། །ཡ་ཡོ་ཉན་དང་ཆད་པ་མེད། །སོ་དཀར་སུམ་ཅུ་ཐགས་བཟང་བ། །ཅོཏོས་ཀོ་སོག་བུ་ཡུ་བཟུང་འདྲ། ། མདོག་སྡུག་དཀར་དམར་མདངས་ཕྱེད་པ། །རྐེད་ཕྲན་ཆགས་གང་ཟླུམ་པ་དང་། །མགུལ་པ་ཟླུམ་ལ་ཕྲ་ལ་རིང་། །ངང་མོ་བྱ་ཡི་ཚུལ་དང་འདྲ། །སྣ་ཟླུམ་ལྟ་མཛས་ཆུང་བ་དང་། །ཕྱག་གི་སོར་མོ་ཕྲ་ལ་རིང་། །རྣ་བ་གྲོ་ག་གཅུས་པ་འདྲ། །ལྕེ་ནི་དར་ལྷབས་ཁུག་པ་བཞིན། །དབུགས་རྒྱུ་ཕྱི་ནང་མེད་པ་འདྲ། །གཉིད་ཆུང་ཤ་ཡང་བསྡུར་བ་མེད། ཁ་སྣུམས་མེད་ལ་དྲི་ཞིམ་པ། །སྣ་ཚོགས་སྤོས་དྲི་ལུས་ལ་བྲོ། །བསྐྱོད་པར་མཁས་ཤིང་ལས་ལ་དཔའ། །སྦྱོར་དྲོད་རིག་དང་ཏིང་འཛིན་རིག །པདྨ་དམ་པ་སྤྱོད་ན་དོག །ནུ་མ་དག་ནི་ཆུང་ལ་སྲ།ཁ་མཆུ་སྲབ་ལ་བཟང་བ་འོ། །ལྷའི་སྦྱོར་བ་ཅོག་དུ་མའི་གན་རྐྱལ། །ཡི་དགས་ཟུར་གྱིས་བྱོལ་སོང་ཁ་སྦྱོར་རོ། ། གཟུངས་མ་མཚན་དང་ལྡན་པ་རྣམས་ལ། །ཞག་ཟླའི་ཚད་བཟུང་སྟེ་དམ་དུ་བཅས་ནས། །མཆོད་དུས་མི་ཆག་པར་ཕྱི་ནང་མི་བསྲེ། དམ་བཅས་པ་ལ་མ་རྟོགས་པ་གཞན་ཡང་སྦྱོར་བ་མི་བྱའོ། །གཞན་དུ་སྦྱོར་བ་བྱས་ནས་དམ་ལས་འདས་ཏེ། མངལ་གྱི་སྲིན་བུ་ཁང་དམར་དུ་སྐྱེའོ། །དམ་ལས་འདས་བཀའ་བཞིན་དུ་བསྲུང་188ནས། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱ་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་སྲས་སུ་སྐྱེའོ། །གཟུངས་མ་འདི་དག་དང་བཀའ་མཐུན་པར་བསྒྲུབས་ན། འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་བར་ཐེ་ཙོམ་མེད་དོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔས་གསུངས་སོ། །ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་རོལ་པ་ལས་གསང་བའི་ལྷ་མོ་མཆོད་པའི་སྦྱོར་བའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་གསུམ་པའོ།། །།དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ། རུ་ལུའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ལ་སྙོམས་པར་བཞུགས་སོ། །བཞུགས་ནས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་དང་གསུང་དང་ཐུགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལས་འདི་ཕྱུང་ངོ་། །རུ་ལུ་ཆོས་ཉིད་དུ་ཤེས་པ་ནི། ཨོ༷་དཔལ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡབ་ལྔ་ལ་ཡུམ་ཁྲག་འཐུང་རྒྱལ་མོ་ལྔ་ཡང་སྐུ་ལ་རྫོགས་སོ། །དེ་ཉིད་ལྟ་བས་སྲིན་པོར་སོང་གིས་དོགས་ནས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔར

断绝分别念。心正直，智慧敏锐，根识清晰。心清净，行为端正，面容和善。誓言不离正道。言语没有虚假的成分。信心没有沮丧和疲惫。行为正直且没有抛弃。精进没有懈怠和放松。知羞耻且有惭愧。187 步伐缓慢，行为谨慎。眼睛不直视，而是从下方和侧面观察。头发柔顺，鬓发卷曲。眉毛细长而修长。鼻梁挺直，血脉不断。牙齿洁白，三十颗排列整齐。如同用象牙、桦木制成的箭杆。肤色美丽，白里透红。腰细圆润。颈部圆润、纤细而修长。如同天鹅的姿态。鼻子圆润、美丽而小巧。手指纤细而修长。耳朵如同卷曲的纸卷。舌头如同飘动的丝绸。呼吸如同没有内外之分。睡眠少，身体轻盈，没有比较。嘴唇不油腻，散发着香味。各种香料的气味散发在身上。擅长行动，勇于工作。结合暖相、智慧和禅定。如果与清净的莲花结合则要小心。乳房小而紧实。嘴唇薄而美好。天人的结合是众多女神的仰卧。饿鬼从侧面，畜生进行交合。对于具有特征的明妃们。确定月经的周期，并立下誓言。供养时不要中断，不要内外混合。对于已经立誓的，不要再进行其他的结合。如果进行了其他的结合，就违背了誓言。会在子宫里转生成为红室中的虫子。遵守誓言，如同佛陀的教诲。188 会转生成为佛陀和菩萨的儿子。如果与这些明妃们按照教诲修行。毫无疑问会成就。世尊吉祥金刚萨埵所说。黑汝迦嬉戏中秘密的明妃供养结合之第三品。之后，世尊吉祥金刚萨埵。安住于如如的禅定中。安住后，从自己的身语意金刚中取出这些。知道如如的法性是：唵（藏文：ཨོ༷，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：o，汉语字面意思：唵），大吉祥五部父续本尊，以及五部饮血空行母也圆满在身。因为害怕仅仅是观看就会变成罗刹，所以化为五智。

Faith without weariness or fatigue. Actions upright and without abandonment. Diligence without exhaustion or laxity. Knowing shame and having modesty. 187 Steps slow, conduct cautious. Eyes not staring directly, but observing from below and the side. Hair smooth, sideburns curly. Eyebrows fine, long, and slender. Nose bridge straight, lineage unbroken. Teeth white, thirty in good order. Like an arrow shaft made of ivory or birch. Complexion beautiful, white with a reddish tinge. Waist slender and round. Neck round, slender, and long. Like the posture of a swan. Nose round, beautiful to behold, and small. Fingers slender and long. Ears like rolled-up paper scrolls. Tongue like a fluttering silk banner. Breath like without inner or outer. Sleeps little, body light, without comparison. Lips not oily, emitting fragrance. Various incense scents exude from the body. Skilled in movement, brave in work. Union of warmth, wisdom, and samadhi. If engaging with a pure lotus, be cautious. Breasts small and firm. Lips thin and beautiful. The union of gods is the supine position of many goddesses. Pretas from the side, animals engage in intercourse. For the consorts who possess characteristics. Determine the cycle of menstruation and make vows. Do not interrupt the offerings, do not mix inner and outer. For those who have made vows, do not engage in other unions. If other unions are engaged in, the vows are broken. They will be reborn as worms in the red chamber of the womb. Upholding the vows as instructed by the Buddha. 188 They will be reborn as sons of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. If practicing in accordance with the instructions with these consorts. There is no doubt that accomplishment will be attained. Spoken by the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. Because of the fear that merely looking would turn them into rakshasas, they transformed into the five wisdoms.
