，白色且具有红色光泽，牙齿洁白，牙缝好，间隙短，声音好听且有光泽，是金刚萨埵的殊胜处所。努力于此，种姓金刚不会被邪魔所侵，今生就能成就。仔细观察极其寂静的地方，有白色斑点，光泽好，颜色好，身体中等，具有圆润的相貌，牙齿洁白，牙缝好，眼睛细长，声音细微，笑容和蔼可亲，额头开阔等隐秘之处，有黑痣等处所，总是敬奉佛法。从梵天的妙音珍宝中，努力修持，如此在种姓的禅定中，如果非常欢喜地行动，仅凭梵天的一个清晨，就能毫不费力地成就。令人欢喜的瑜伽行，据说通过努力结合就能成就。女性的良好特征是，身材不高不矮，身体苗条，手脚小巧，声音清晰，眼睛漂亮，脸圆润，乳头红色且大，容易产生欲望，但没有无知，身体上装饰着象征的女性特征，言辞清晰，梦少，牙齿洁白，嘴唇好看，具有信心，精通仪轨的禅定，在秘密的虚空中，日月的光芒，与金刚莲花相结合，如果彼此欢喜享用，在欲界天神的一瞬间，就能毫不费力地成就。身体圆润，凶猛傲慢，内心狡猾，执着于心，对于相似的事情不放手，学习迟钝，肉体肥大，光泽微弱，征兆在外表显现，喜欢布施，信仰佛法，通过伟大种姓的禅定，消除习气文字，禅定在心中清晰，是修行时机成熟之时，那时非常努力，打开明妃的莲花，快乐在心中荡漾，如果彼此欢喜享用，种姓的珍宝成就，今生就能获得。以大慈悲的特殊行为，在世间那些低劣的种姓，充分吸引并欢喜享用，具有至高无上的慈悲心和善心，伟大的瑜伽行者如是说。屠夫、恶劣种姓、妓女，恶劣的种姓和欲望享用者，以摧毁者的禅定，如果迅速享用就能成就。

Weak luster, signs outwardly manifest. Happy in giving, faithful to the Dharma. Through the Samadhi of the great lineage. Cutting off the habitual letters. When Samadhi is clear in the mind. It is time for accomplishment. At that time, strive diligently. Opening the lotus of the consort. Joyful embrace of the heart. If you rejoice and enjoy each other. The accomplishment of the precious lineage. It will be obtained in this very life. Through the distinct actions of compassion. In this world, the lower lineages. Fully attract and enjoy. With supreme compassion and kindness. The great yogi speaks. Butcher, evil lineage, prostitute. Evil lineages and desire enjoyers. Through the Samadhi of the destroyer. If practiced quickly, it will be accomplished.

་185༄༅། །如是说。 厉鬼夜叉及旁生， 犬龟猴等诸类众， 人与天之胜妙处， 各自相宜欢喜用， 殊胜事业成就如是说。 极贪著之殊胜， 极愚昧者除遣之， 示现适于嗔恚者， 极寂静者适于骄慢者， 若于勤奋者作勤奋， 即是方便事业之殊胜义。 为利一切有情故， 凡所颠倒行持者， 不作即无有任何过失。 以极凶猛之威仪， 调伏一切凶猛者， 以极寂静之威仪， 调伏骄慢诸有情， 以极光彩之威仪， 调伏贪著诸心识。 噫玛 噢， 甚为稀有哉！ 其后薄伽梵大瑜伽士作极精进， 以意乐所生、半月、布施、凸出、无上而互相欢喜受用。 身色白而乳房凸， 上下各半眉细长， 莲花之香亦如海螺旋， 莲花美好香似麝， 圆满大小适中也。 身色白而具痣者， 上下各半指修长， 乳小而坚硬， 186香亦具樟脑之味。 颈项美好长短适， 勇母红润面颊佳， 妙目圆而由下视， 身色黄而乳房圆， 腰细而下身圆， 充满之指内曲入， 身亦美好大小匀， 齿亦白而排列密， 指亦细而长， 香亦具檀香之味。 肢体如柳枝般柔软， 莲花黄而细且长， 眼亦细而斜视， 身色黑而痣亦黑， 肉亦黑而粗糙， 语声不悦耳， 懵懂无知愚笨者， 乳头大而乳线长， 腿粗而指短， 面亦扁平痣粗大， 眉毛短而眼不美， 身躯矮胖臀部短， 莲花黑而宽广， 犹如牛种之类。 赐予具足明咒母相之义： 获得自在我年少， 可调伏且听教诲， 语清晰以天断定， 以行持而弃舍。

For the sake of all sentient beings, whatever inverted actions are performed, there is no fault in not doing them. With an extremely fierce demeanor, subdue all the fierce. With an extremely peaceful demeanor, subdue the arrogant beings. With an extremely radiant demeanor, subdue the minds of attachment. Ema ho, how extremely wonderful! Then the Bhagavan, the great yogi, made great effort, with delight arising from the mind, half-moon, giving, bulging, and unsurpassed, they mutually enjoyed themselves.
