以其周遍安立轮。中央绘制四辐轮。轮之中心处，绘制薄伽梵普贤。东方绘制金刚萨埵。南方绘制宝生佛。西方绘制无量光佛。北方绘制不空成就佛。外层以金刚墙围绕。四隅所安立者：东方绘制金刚界自在母。南方绘制宝界自在母。西方绘制莲花界自在母。北方绘制业界自在母。其外层画布上，安立具四门及门环。四门与其它坛城相同。其后，诸位手154持寿命宝瓶，各自执持，皆安住于莲花座。其后，为勾摄寿命，从死主黑阎摩手中夺取寿命，尽力摇动寿命，束缚并捆绑寿命，掌控寿命，完全增延寿命，使寿命增长，使寿命长久且无魔障中断，使寿命获得身语意之成就，使寿命获得无生无死之果位法身任运成就。其后，薄伽梵大哉普贤王如来幻化出无数持铁钩之天女，说道：“嗡 布（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 瓦日ra 阿玉开 吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 扎。” 随即，剖开魔鬼死主黑阎摩之心，如被风吹动的灰色纸张般，发出“顿顿，库尔库尔”之声而来。从阎摩之发髻抓住，猛力摔倒，置于金刚心间，从手中迅速夺取，以寿命之幡摇动，以手印摇动，隐藏于须弥山顶，隐藏于大海深处，隐藏于虚空界，从四方四隅上下十方勾摄并夺取寿命，以绳索之众束缚，以铁链之众捆绑，从而掌控，广为增延。念诵“嗡 布（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 瓦日ra 阿玉开 瓦日ra 吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 阿”，以五部佛之手印指示而增广。念诵“嗡 瓦日ra 达ra，ra 达那 达ra，贝玛 达玛，达塔嘎达，萨玛雅 玛地 扎玛 萨玛雅 达ra，阿达玛 郭 吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）”，从魔鬼死主黑阎摩手中夺取寿命，阎摩亦昏厥、愤怒而被诛杀，金刚饮血大

Establish the wheel completely. Draw a four-spoked wheel in the center. In the center of the wheels, draw the Bhagavan Samantabhadra. In the east, draw Vajrasattva. In the south, draw Ratnasambhava. In the west, draw Amitabha. In the north, draw Amoghasiddhi. Surround the outer layer with a vajra fence. What should be placed in the four corners: In the east, draw Vajradhatvishvari. In the south, draw Ratnadhatvishvari. In the west, draw Padmadhatvishvari. In the north, draw Karmadhatvishvari. On the canvas of its outer layer, establish four doors with door frames. The four doors are the same as other mandalas. Then, the hands 154 hold a longevity vase each, and all are seated on a lotus seat. Then, to summon life, to snatch life from the hands of the black Yama, to wave life as much as possible, to bind and tie life, to control life, to completely extend life, to increase life, to make life long and without interruption by demons, to obtain the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind of life, and to spontaneously accomplish the Dharmakaya, the fruit of life without birth or death. Then, the Bhagavan, the glorious Samantabhadra, emanated countless goddesses holding iron hooks and said, "Om Bru（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） Vajra Ayu Khe Hum（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） Dza." Immediately, the heart of the demon Yama was torn open, and like a gray piece of paper blown by the wind, it came with the sound of "dun dun, khur khur." Grabbing Yama's hair knot, he was violently thrown down, placed in the vajra heart, and quickly snatched from his hand. He waved the banner of life, waved with mudras, hid it on the top of Mount Sumeru, hid it in the depths of the ocean, hid it in the realm of space, hooked and snatched life from the four directions, four corners, and ten directions above and below, bound it with a multitude of ropes, tied it with a multitude of iron chains, thereby controlling it, and extensively extending it. Reciting "Om Bru（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） Vajra Ayu Khe Vajra Hum（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） Ah," the five Buddhas indicate with hand seals and expand.
