The eight heads have eight feet, eight hands also have eight eyes. The eight hands hold the vajra, and they will surely destroy even the abode of Hayagriva. The six heads have six feet, the six hands cut off the six afflictions. Three feet twirl the phurba, three left hands give the torma. Wherever they go, their feet are as strong as iron pegs. When touched by the rays of light and smoke, even the abode of Brahma is utterly destroyed. When the left hand is moved, subtle flames, together with their retinue, blaze in the hair. Holding the enemy's axe firmly with an iron hook, they snatch away the limbs holding the fields. What comes from the northern direction is an iron dog with three legs. Its body is of iron, its eyes are like the sun, its fur is like burnt iron hooks. Its speed is definitely faster than lightning, its voice is extremely loud like thunder. These extremely fierce ones even steal the power of Vajrapani. The nine heads have only one foot, the body is black and the mass of light is black. The limbs are black and adorned with snakes. The hair is black, the fangs are black, the eyes are black, and the hands are black. Even the wind cannot move its swiftness. These are the best of messengers, so accomplish all tasks. Blind people linked back to back, eating flesh and crossing ridges. They have no eyes and do not speak at all, or they walk hand in hand. This is also a messenger of the wrathful deities, so accomplish all tasks. What is summoned from the eastern direction is a large conch dog, leading a conch bull by the nose, riding a large conch woman, holding a burning iron hook in her hand. What is summoned from the southern direction is an iron dog with three legs, an iron she-wolf with nine heads, riding a large iron woman, holding a coiled lasso in her hand. What is summoned from the western direction is a copper dog, riding a large copper woman, holding a coiled iron chain in her hand. What is summoned from the northern direction is a golden dog, riding a large golden woman, twirling a vajra phurba in her hand. This is also a messenger of glory, so accomplish all tasks. Then, the Bhagavan spoke of this mandala for accomplishing the messengers of glorious Heruka. The mandala is a square of one cubit, with a wheel of four spokes in the center, and in the center is the glorious Heruka.

Understanding the meaning through symbolic gestures. Explaining the lineage of deities, connecting with all accomplishments. The meaning of the Buddha's words should be expressed with reason and logic. This is the meaning. Three Agamas, three instructions, and three general meanings. The general decision of the Agamas, the instructions as assurance. Covering the core of the meaning with fourteen general parts. Destroying the four maras, possessing six qualities, demarcating the ground with arithmetic beginnings. The thought of the wrathful one is explained with symbolic gestures. This is called the Agama of the Wrathful Majestic King, because the words are few and concise, but the meaning is vast, it is called the Agama section. The Bhagavan, the glorious Vajrasattva, spoke: With the three Agamas, make a classification, like pebbles. With the three instructions, conclude, which is the meaning placed in the mind.
