Having received from there, perform the Vajra Lotus empowerment, and clearly bestow the three vows. Here, taking vows and empowerment are the same. Among them, giving the three vows here is this: non-reversion and individual awareness, suppressing all wickedness. The reality of all Buddhas is Vajra, the Bodhicitta is great and firm, that weapon is given by all victors, to the hand of Samantabhadra, in order to accomplish all teachings, therefore it is Vajrapani. Then, the supreme secret of the Vajra Sun blazing like fire is: anger always arises from desire, Vajrasattva for the sake of taming the tamable, the Vajra Sun blazes like fire, it is the most terrifying. Then, the secret supreme reality of the most secret Vajra Yogini Dakini assembly is: arising from the rising of the Vajra Sun, this shadow of the Tathagata, transforms into all demons and so on, and enjoys the blood of the wicked. This is called the secret supreme reality. Then, here, the bell that descends the most secret Dharma nature is: extremely wicked and fierce, and the sons of the fierce lord, those who are extremely asleep and inverted, are spoken by the holder of the supreme Vajra. This is what the Bhagavan said. The Vajra Khatvanga victory banner and pennants that descend the most secret Dharma nature, descend all bells, and greatly accomplish, and cause all to fall, and arise. Then, the vow of the supreme yoga is: together with great blood nectar, mixed with red sandalwood, having entered into the assembly, holding the Vajra together with the Vajra, with the tip of the index finger and thumb, possessing the supreme union of connecting all space, if one tastes it like the drink of the moon, one will obtain the eternal accomplishment. Enjoying all desires, serving as desired, by connecting all the supreme space, one will obtain all accomplishments. Through the attainment of siddhis, all siddhis will be accomplished. Meaningful becomes supreme, able to suppress all evil poisons. It seizes all suffering and possesses glory. This yoga accomplishes all actions. This is the ultimate secret, spoken by the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. Then, offer the protector with tastes, foods, enjoyments, dances, songs, and musical offerings. By this offering, the Vajra Guru is greatly pleased. With faith, offer to oneself and all other beings. By indulging in intoxicating substances and enjoying them as desired, recite the mantras that follow, such as Vajra, Sun, Fire, etc., as they are. With the songs, music, and dances taken from one's own secret rituals, and with various mudra offerings, and the Victorious One of the Three Realms, etc., together with the assembly of consorts, with all the vast offerings, and with the enjoyments as desired, make offerings and then diligently practice. This is the ultimate secret, spoken by the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. Then, one should give the exhaling breath of the collection of all Tathagatas, etc., the realms of all beings, equal to the finest dust particles. The King of Cognition is accomplished, the supreme accomplishment of Buddhas, etc. Whichever one, whose wisdom is immeasurable, will not change in that distinction. The bliss of the Tathagatas is the collection of all the holy ones. All that is exhausted will be exhausted, and all that increases will increase. Whichever one, seeing it, becomes invisible, from wherever one makes fearless. Fierce powerful sun-empowered moon, sun dakini assembly mandala. Angered, with just the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), everything is reduced to ashes. The mandala of yogini dakinis, having entered supremely and seen it, is liberated from all sins, and abides greatly with you all. Again, you will not have death, and especially there will be no lower realms. Others cannot overcome or kill, and in no way fear, rejoice. It is the supreme one who shows all worldly siddhis. This samaya vow accomplishment should always be protected. All the Buddhas have unanimously spoken, it is the teaching of examining the holy ones. 不应诋毁上师，因为一切金刚持，为了利益一切有情，为了成就一切乘。降伏暴虐是清净，金刚胜者如是说。极其暴虐且凶猛，以及主人的朋友诸子，以手印瑜伽的现行，令其沉睡。恒常守护自己的誓言，恒常供养如来，恒常也供养上师，供养彼则果报大。供养彼于一切佛，恒常成为布施。供养彼是福德资粮，从资粮中成就殊胜悉地。如今汝之生有果报，因为对此善安住。与誓言王同等，一切佛加持。一切佛金刚持，今日汝灌顶，三界之王位大，具力威德转轮王。金刚胜妙秘密瑜伽母，见胜誓言秘密后，亦食魔等之肉，得如来合修汝成就。如是薄伽梵金刚萨埵说。从吉祥第一中，极秘密的金刚瑜伽空行母坛城仪轨极成就。之后圣观世音自在的极秘密调伏有情仪轨是：于布上应书写薄伽梵，莲花舞自在为主尊，以电之轮完全变化的，轮回的种种幻化舞姿，书写莲花等手印，手印作轮状。其一切旁边，应书写忿怒纹等，塑造猛母等手印像，莲花天女与莲花俱。于彼坛城观察后，是秘密的殊胜坛城。以何何殊胜的兵器，一切作已说此。彼即是佛薄伽梵，观世音之自在，以调伏之方便清净，作嬉戏之舞。此名为殊胜金刚。如是何如红莲花，不住处之种种过患，不染色彩之过患，如是界
