The mind will be accomplished. The wheel of vows of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is called the mandala of meditation. Then, Vajrapani, the lord of all Tathagatas, again extracted the Vajra union of all Tathagatas, which is the secret of body, speech, and mind Vajra, body, speech, and mind Vajra. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), Śrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱྀཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 舍), Khaṃ (Tibetan: ཁྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 康). Then, Vajrapani, the lord of all Tathagatas, again extracted the Vajra food vow action, which is this body, speech, and mind Vajra. Whatever little is eaten or drunk, whatever the ascetic eats, with the union of excrement, urine, flesh, completely observe according to the ritual. Then, Vajrapani, the lord of all Tathagatas, again extracted the supreme offering of body, speech, and mind Vajra of all Tathagatas, which is body, speech, and mind Vajra. With the supreme offerings of the five desirable objects, offer them with offerings. This is the vow of all Vajras, which is extremely difficult to transgress. Then, Vajrapani, the lord of all Tathagatas, again extracted the secret offering of body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas, which is body, speech, and mind Vajra. With the union of the two organs, holding one's own semen, etc., offer everything according to the ritual, and Buddhahood will be attained. 无边之母等，于持誓之人等，以三誓之金刚行事，此律仪甚为稀有。其后，金刚手，一切如来之主，从成办一切之律仪金刚本身的语身意金刚中取出。 身语意及受用圆满，三密处生金刚，我成办善妙，否则一切将坏灭。其后，又金刚手，一切如来之主，从成办一切之金刚萨埵律仪本身的语身意金刚中取出。仅以一肘高来衡量，于头顶观察坛城，思维嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）字安住于中央，降下五种甘露，以此金刚结合，刹那间变得光彩夺目，身语意安住于乐，于此转变无疑虑。其后，又金刚手，一切如来之主，从执持一切明咒的身语意之秘密本身的语身意金刚中取出。不做佛塔之事，亦不读经卷，坛城等亦不做，不敬金刚三宝。其后，又金刚手，一切如来之主，从消除一切毒，镇压引导之秘密本身的语身意金刚中取出。嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）。白光炽燃具鬘，置于轮中央，以黄色光芒缠绕，观想如黄色般。三金刚光以誓言，此种子字乃三密所生。其后，再次金刚手，一切如来之主，从守护身语意之轮明咒，具金刚者本身的语身意金刚中取出。嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）呼噜呼噜，谛瑟吒谛瑟吒，班达班达，哈纳哈纳，达哈达哈，阿弥利德吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体： हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）啪特（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：phaṭ，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪特）。于罗睺星等之轮，安住于业之金刚上，将吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体： हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字置于中央后，名字书写于中央，以明咒之字母词句，如实庄严而恒常安住，此乃一切明咒之三密处。

Of the boundless mothers, to those who hold vows, act with the vajra of the three vows. This discipline is exceedingly rare. Then, Vajrapani, the lord of all Tathagatas, extracted it from the vajra of body, speech, and mind of the very vow-vajra that accomplishes all. Body, speech, mind, and enjoyment are complete. The three secrets dwell, the vajra is born. I will accomplish the good; otherwise, all will be destroyed. Then again, Vajrapani, the lord of all Tathagatas, extracted it from the vajra of body, speech, and mind of the very Samayasattva vajra that accomplishes all. To measure with a height of one cubit, examine the mandala on the head. Thinking of the syllable Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) residing in the center, cause the five amritas to descend. With this vajra union, in an instant, one becomes radiant. Body, speech, and mind abide in bliss; there is no doubt of transformation here. Then again, Vajrapani, the lord of all Tathagatas, extracted it from the vajra of body, speech, and mind of the very secret of body, speech, and mind that holds all mantras. Do not perform the work of stupas, nor read scriptures. Do not create mandalas either. Do not venerate the three supreme vajras. Then again, Vajrapani, the lord of all Tathagatas, extracted it from the vajra of body, speech, and mind of the very secret that dispels all poisons, suppresses, and guides. Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡). White light blazing with garlands, placed in the center of the wheel. With a dense yellow light, meditate as if it were yellow. The three vajra lights with vows, this seed syllable arises from the three secrets. Then again, Vajrapani, the lord of all Tathagatas, extracted it from the vajra of body, speech, and mind of the very mantra-vajra of the wheel that protects body, speech, and mind. For the wheel of Rahu and others, residing on the vajra of action, placing the syllable Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体： हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) in the center, write the name in the center. With the lettered words of the mantra, truly adorn and always abide. This is the place of the three secrets of all mantras.
