那逝者以金刚之咒一切悉皆成就之相，入于名为金刚之等持，从微细之悉地，此之身语意金刚中取出。身与语意皆已成就，善妙之佛身持光者，如瞻部河之金光，安住于微细之悉地中，隐身等一切成就，成为主尊金刚持，夜叉女成就广大，成为持明之主尊。此乃金刚一切悉地之形相，秘密咒之悉地等。咒之悉地心生喜悦，一切美妙之形相，于一切世间界中，仅见亦生欢喜。一切顶髻皆成就，成为如意宝之主，乃成佛菩提之殊胜，善妙修持佛金刚。薄伽梵一切心愿圆满之金刚如是宣说。其后，金刚手如来，一切如来之主，为一切如来之身语意之明咒行仪，如实摄取此行仪之身语意金刚中取出。身语意之金刚等，身与语心修持者，以自形而作之，如是则得成就。此乃身语意金刚之明咒行仪。发髻顶饰之形相，伟大犹如白色，一切如仪而作，以咒之禁戒而守护。年满十六岁者，以一切严饰而庄严，容颜美丽眼眸修长，获得后修持明咒行仪。受用慧眼之果位，以金刚之相而修持，了知手印咒语之仪轨，善学咒之续部，成为如来之明妃，安住于成佛菩提，以大行仪于四时中，行持秘密之供养，树干根茎果实等，一切饮食受用。以此速疾……

The departed one, with all the Vajra mantras in the form of accomplishment, entered into the Samadhi called Vajra, and from the subtle accomplishment, the body, speech, and mind Vajra were extracted. Body, speech, and mind are perfectly accomplished. The Buddha's form holds excellent light, like the golden light of the Jambu River. It abides in the subtle accomplishments. Invisibility and all other accomplishments are achieved. It becomes the chief Vajradhara. The Yaksha queen has great accomplishments. It becomes the chief of the Vidyadharas. This is the form of all Vajra accomplishments, the secret mantra accomplishments, etc. The mantra accomplishments are pleasing to the mind. All the beautiful forms, in all the realms of the world, just seeing them brings joy. All crests are accomplished. It becomes the owner of the wish-fulfilling jewel. It is the supreme act of attaining Buddhahood. It is the excellent meditation on the Buddha Vajra. The Bhagavan, the Vajra who perfectly fulfills all wishes, spoke thus. Then, Vajrapani Tathagata, the lord of all Tathagatas, took the vows of knowledge of the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas, and extracted the body, speech, and mind Vajra from this practice. The Vajras of body, speech, and mind, those who meditate on body, speech, and mind, should do it with their own form, and thus accomplishment will be attained. This is the practice of knowledge of the Vajra of body, speech, and mind. The form of holding a topknot and head ornament, great and like the color white. Everything should be done according to the ritual. It is always bound by the vows of mantra. One who has reached the age of sixteen, adorned with all ornaments, with a beautiful face and long eyes, having found it, practices the vows of knowledge. Enjoying the state of wisdom eyes, one should meditate with the signs of Vajra. Knowing the rituals of mudra and mantra, one should learn the tantra of mantra well. 具义金刚圆满正等觉，一切心愿皆圆满成办，从清净自性中生起，金刚萨埵您我敬礼。诸佛所劝请，以此寂静赞词，若赞金刚受用，彼亦等同于佛。此后导师金刚持，以慈爱诸佛，金刚秘密语清净，金刚语即作开示。唉玛吙，一切佛之，法界之大字，自性光明清净者，如虚空界般无垢。此后，执金刚如来一切之主，从诸佛之身金刚誓言之身语意金刚中取出。诸佛智慧海之，四种誓言是守护的，大肉应恒常食用，此乃殊胜之誓言。此后，执金刚如来之主，从诸佛之语金刚誓言之身语意金刚中取出。四种誓言是守护的，语金刚大字，粪尿应恒常食用，此乃稀有之秘密。此后，执金刚如来一切之主，从一切金刚持之意金刚誓言之身语意金刚中取出。金刚萨埵大神通，四种誓言是守护的，血与精液混合物，以坚定之苦行恒常食用。身语意之金刚，彼誓言乃稀有大，一切佛之常恒者，为金刚持故当善护。何人守护此誓言，金刚萨埵大光明，彼之身语意证悟，彼即刻成正等觉。此后，执金刚如来一切之主，从自佛之义誓言之身语意金刚中取出。彼之身体之导师，安住于金刚身，乃是摄受有情之相，是为殊胜常恒之誓言。此后，执金刚如来一切之主，声闻之学处誓言。

Meaningful Vajra, perfect and complete Buddha, Accomplishing all aspirations completely, Arising from the pure essence itself, Vajrasattva, to you I prostrate. By these peaceful praises urged by all the Buddhas, If one praises the Vajra enjoyment, That one also becomes equal to the Buddha. Then the teacher Vajradhara, With love for all the Buddhas, The Vajra secret speech is pure, The Vajra speech is bestowed as teaching. Emaho, of all the Buddhas, The great letter of the realm of Dharma, The self-nature is clear and pure, Like the realm of space, without stain. Then, Vajrapani, the lord of all Tathagatas, extracted from the body, speech, and mind Vajra of this very Vajra Samaya of the body of all Buddhas. The four vows of the ocean of Buddha wisdom are to be protected, Great meat should always be eaten, This is the supreme vow. Then, Vajrapani, the lord of the Tathagatas, extracted from the body, speech, and mind Vajra of this very Vajra Samaya of the speech of all Buddhas. The four vows are to be protected, The great letter of the speech Vajra, Feces and urine should always be eaten, This is a wonderful secret. Whoever protects this vow, Vajrasattva, great light, Realizing his body, speech, and mind, He immediately becomes a Buddha. The teacher of his body, Abides perfectly in the Vajra body, It is the nature of subduing sentient beings, It is the supreme and constant vow. Then, Vajrapani, the lord of all the Tathagatas, the vow of the training of the Shravakas.
