Then, all the Vajras of Body, Speech, and Mind of all the Tathagatas asked the Tathagata, saying: "World Honored One, it is most wonderful that all the dharmas that follow the realm of space will follow the dharmas of the Buddhas!" Then, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas prostrated to the two feet of the World Honored One Vajrapani Tathagata and asked, saying: "World Honored One, where do all the Vajra accomplishments of all mantras, which you have completely gathered and spoken, reside? Where do they come from?" Then, Vajrapani gave the blessing of "Excellent!" to all the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas, and said to all those Tathagatas: "World Honored One, all the Tathagatas, the completely gathered accomplishments of the Vajra of all mantras, do not reside in the Body, Speech, and Mind of all mantras. Why is that? However, World Honored One, all the Tathagatas, all accomplishments, and all the Buddhadharmas reside in one's own Body, Speech, and Mind Vajra. Those Body, Speech, and Mind Vajras also do not reside in the desire realm, do not reside in the form realm, do not reside in the formless realm. The mind does not reside in the body, and the body does not reside in the mind. Speech does not reside in the mind, and the mind does not reside in speech. Why is that? Because it is pure in nature like space." Then, with a peaceful mind, he remained silent and settled down. The great secret of body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas, from the secret assembly, is the fifteenth chapter called "Vajra Arising," the essence of the vows of all sentient beings. Then, the Bhagavan, all the Tathagatas, gathered again, and with the body, speech, and mind vajra of all the Tathagatas, they prayed with the vows of the body, speech, and mind vajra of all the Tathagatas. They made offerings with the arrangement of offerings of all the Tathagatas' vajra jewels. Then, the Bhagavan Vajrapani Tathagata entered into the samadhi called the arrangement of the king of the lion's vow of the mandala of all vajras. This vajra body mandala is born from the body, speech, and mind vajra of all the Buddhas themselves. Then, the supreme body mandala, very similar to the mind mandala, the mandalas are all supreme, and should be well and thoroughly explained. The length should be sixteen cubits, square and very beautiful. It is the mandala of all the Buddhas, and the body vajra dwells very well. The wheel within it should be drawn with vajra rituals. The supreme secret of the mantras should be the abode of Vajrapani. In the center dwells Vairochana Buddha, and Akshobhya Buddha and others should also be drawn. The supreme body, speech, and mind vajra should be placed in all directions. The wrathful ones who greatly subdue enemies should also be drawn at the gates. Offerings of vajra secrets, well meditated upon, should be made by those who know mantras. This is the vow of all mantras, which is very difficult to transgress. Feces, urine, and the like should be specifically prohibited. This is the vow of all mantras for those who possess the body vajra. This is the body mandala of all the Tathagatas.
