Merely the Lord of Freedom, with the encouragement of the great sound, the mind becomes clear, extremely joyful, constantly enjoying, abiding in the Samadhi called Vajra Auspiciousness. With the extremely joyful Vajra, in this great mandala of the assembly of Yoginis who do not devour demons, dances in various extremely joyful postures. Sings the song of the extremely joyful Vajra sound. Dances with the great Vajra play. Laughs with the extremely joyful Vajra great laughter, and from the center of his own body, speech, and mind Vajra moon bindu, recites "Om Maha Sukha Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་སུ་ཁ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओँ महासुख हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahāsukha hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，大乐，吽)", thereby inviting the mother of all Tathagatas, the Wisdom Dharmadhatu Free Mother. Merely remembering it, one will be blessed by all merits. Draw a drawing in the center of the two Ali, it has the correct way of reciting, above it are the moon-shaped bindu, at the beginning and end there is also "Tram". This is the clear explanation of the true meaning, the Jewel Yogini bestows empowerment. Remembering it will obtain merit, and it will also destroy all sins. Combined with the two Ali, it explains the two stressed syllable letters. This is great joy, constant attachment, it is the teaching of the Makara Mother. The first is of great fortune, there is also another with a stressed syllable. This is the Ali of all Buddhas, it bestows Buddhahood Bodhi. In oneself or in others, seal with this mudra, if the mandala to be practiced is practiced, then accomplishment will be quickly obtained. This is the most excellent of all mandalas, the letter mudra manifestly abides, how is the merit of holding it, even writing it is different. "Emaho, Great Bliss Wisdom", with its wisdom, in this life, desiring to enjoy pleasure, relying on happiness, one will be able to obtain it in this way. Supreme in the three realms.

In this mandala, there is nothing greater or more supreme than this. All sentient beings who practice will attain enlightenment in this very life. From you arise men, hermaphrodites, from you arise women tormented by desire, from you arises liberation from desire, from you arises unsurpassed enlightenment. From you arise the winds of space, from you arises the element of glorious fire, from you arises thus water and earth, from you arises all that is proper and improper. From you arises the Great Hero Buddha, again and again. From you arise the Dharma and the Sangha, from you arise the hosts of the Perfections, the Great Bodhisattvas, and all beings of mountains. From you arises Vajrasattva, from you arises the immaculate lotus, from you arises immeasurable great treasure, thus arise various vajras. From you arise mudras and mantras, from you arises the essence of vidya mantras. Then, the Bhagavan, without blinking, stretched his eyebrows, all the Tathagatas and the great Bodhisattvas, such as the Taras, and the great assembly of Yoginis, and the Vajra Sky-Going Mothers, and the assembly of Sky-Goers, and the mundane and the supramundane, and others.
