With a heart of great joy. Abiding in the Samadhi called the Glory of the Vajra Posture of Perfect Enjoyment. The Glory of the Great Vajra Posture arises from the body, speech, and mind Vajra of one's own wisdom of the Mudra. In the manner of right and left, both feet are raised, without the thighs being visible, bind the root Vajra Posture. In the manner of a dancer's union, dance with the union of dance. Great is the bliss of the Vajra Seat, with this one overcomes Mara. All the wicked and enemies, what need is there to mention even for a moment? With this seat of great joy, quickly attain perfect enlightenment. Unwavering and with Bindu, in the direction below are six letters. The wise move and recite, at the time of arising, say "Phat" (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phat). Unwavering lotus leads, make the union with Bindu. Unwavering Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) and truly complete, with a strong syllable, bliss arises. For women, for seven days, when playing with this, all the sky is filled, one sees the great yoga of the Buddhas. Abiding in great joy and enjoyment, making requests to the great Bodhisattva, arising from the Dharani lotus, bestow the empowerment of supreme bliss. Thereafter, obtaining great joy and bliss, that Bodhisattva is accomplished. Without beginning and without end, all desires are enjoyed. Endowed with life, glory, and abundance, demons, poison, and hot diseases, Dakinis closely tormenting, and liberated from sinful Samsara, wandering in all the lands. Glory is like the rising sun, blazing with various nets, illuminating all varieties, with that one steals away the diseases, sorrows, and great fears of all sentient beings. With the union of this Mudra, the five wisdoms should be shown. The one called the Root Vajra Posture accomplishes all the meanings of the actions of the Great Mudra. Gathering one's own feet in the center, binding with the feet, connecting like the Vajra Posture of a Bodhisattva. This, merely by binding, is intended to accomplish the three realms. The letters are as before, diligently uniting with one's own deity, either meditating or moving.
