那，五部坛城无余摇动，令五道众生趋向菩提道，五浊也完全清净。如果穿上美好端庄的上衣，就会放射出各种光芒。从那以后直到无有穷尽，将被五种智慧所庄严。具有卓越智慧的人，应当时常如此观修坛城，不只是口头说说，而是要深入内心，与自己无二无别。具有方便与智慧之后，面向东方，做出雄狮跳跃之势。观修舌头的字母ཏྲཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体，tram，保护），舌头是无数十万，ཧྲི་（藏文，梵文天城体，hrīḥ，大种）也散发出不可思议的光芒。在十方四时无数的时间里，语的坛城光芒万丈。一个语的坛城支分，其名声传遍不可思议之处。声音和名言词句各自清晰，舒展舌根进行宣说，说解脱和不解脱二者，唯有确定才是正确的，如是自性中没有说出。在鼻根的坛城中，清晰观修ཏྲཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体，tram，保护）的字，坛城在十方四时，无边无际不可思议，观想ཏྲཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体，tram，保护）也放射出光芒。听闻所有方位的坛城，也听闻六道轮回的处所，声音和听闻是无二的。同样，香、味、触等，清晰观修各自的特征，如是安住字母的精华。所有佛的坛城和六道一切众生，以无有贪执的方式享用。以香等殊胜的安乐，圆满供养一切。对于六道一切众生，也做如何适宜的利益。以善巧方便和慈悲如此示现。如是种姓和金刚种姓，无有贪执等具有智慧，五部主尊和五部佛母，观修具有方便和智慧，或者观修一个聚，或者三个聚，或者五个坛城，在方便和智慧相互之间，明观本尊放射光芒并收摄，观修坛城光芒万丈。禅定变得非常清晰之后，自己与十方无有分别，应当观修无二无别。从那以后，方便和智慧二者，不成为见解和行为的对立面，在坛城中清晰观修，从中央到东方。

Then, the mandalas of the five families shake completely, leading the five types of beings to the path of enlightenment. The five degenerations are also completely purified. If one puts on beautiful and excellent garments, various rays of light will emanate. From then until the ultimate end, one will be adorned with the five wisdoms. A person with excellent intelligence should always meditate on the mandala in this way, not just with words, but deeply in the heart, as being inseparable from oneself. Having the union of skillful means and wisdom, facing the east, one should make a great leap like a lion. Meditate on the syllable tram (藏文，梵文天城体，tram，protection) on the tongue, the tongue being countless hundreds of thousands, and hrih (藏文，梵文天城体，hrīḥ，great seed) also spreads out immeasurable light. In the ten directions and four times, in immeasurable time, the mandala of speech blazes with light. A single mandala of speech, its branches are known everywhere immeasurably. Sounds, names, and words are each clear. Spreading out the power of the tongue, one speaks, uttering both liberation and non-liberation. Only certainty is truly correct; thus, it is not spoken of in suchness. In the mandala of the nose sense, clearly meditate on the syllable tram (藏文，梵文天城体，tram，protection), the mandala in the ten directions and four times, boundless and immeasurable. Meditating on tram (藏文，梵文天城体，tram，protection) also radiates light. Hear all the mandalas of directions and times, and also hear the places of the six realms of samsara. Sound and hearing are non-dual. Likewise, smells, tastes, and touches, clearly meditate on their individual characteristics, and thus establish the essence of the syllables. All the Buddha mandalas and all the beings of the six realms, enjoy without attachment. With the supreme bliss of smells and so on, perfectly offer satisfaction to all. For all the beings of the six realms, also do what is appropriate for their benefit. Show this with skillful means and compassion. Likewise, the families and the vajra family, without attachment and possessing wisdom, the five principal deities and the five principal consorts, meditate with skillful means and wisdom, either meditating on one group, or three groups, or five mandalas. Between skillful means and wisdom, clearly visualize the deities radiating and withdrawing light, and meditate on the mandala blazing with light. When the samadhi becomes very clear, oneself and the ten directions are without separation, one should meditate on non-duality. From then on, the two, skillful means and wisdom, should not become opposing sides of view and conduct. Meditating clearly on the mandalas, from the center to the east.

面向东方，大步移动双脚，舞动手的所有动作，作为舞蹈和姿势的手印。坛城光芒四射，菩萨清净无比，极其明亮，光芒闪耀，愿成就方便与智慧。以坚不可摧的金刚，摧毁四魔。胜妙金刚持明者，愿成就方便与智慧。以自性理智的金刚，愿无有烦恼痛苦。以如镜之智，愿方便与智慧显明。断除烦恼痛苦的根源，消除无明的黑暗。慈悲的光芒如日东升，愿方便与智慧光芒万丈。极其坚固，无生无死，金刚的慈悲展现，对众生慈悲普降，愿方便与智慧充满慈爱。具备方便与智慧，面向功德的方向，身体舞动， 肢体摇摆，大力击打。坛城是万物生长的宝藏，取之不尽的珍宝，满足一切众生的愿望，愿成就方便与智慧。显现虚空中央的颜色，或者一切纯金，坛城不可思议，无穷无尽，愿方便与智慧迅速成就。无量功德珍宝，安住于一切平等之中，如是平等性智，愿方便与智慧平等。善逝功德伟大，本初无染的菩提净土，一切真实安住，愿方便与智慧迅速成就。具备方便与智慧，面向西方，首先舞动肢体，舞蹈极其清晰，大力击打。一切诸法皆可行，如莲花出于淤泥，安住于无染之状态，愿成就方便与智慧。业与烦恼消逝，习气、相状、微尘皆无，愿方便与智慧迅速成就。菩提无染的坛城，从何而来，即是未来之界，以不住之状态安住于界中，愿方便与智慧迅速成就。具备方便与智慧，面向北方

Facing east, moving the feet with great strides, moving all the actions of the hands, as mudras of dance and posture. The mandala radiates white light, the Bodhisattva is perfectly pure, extremely clear and radiant, may the means and wisdom be accomplished. With the indestructible vajra, may the four maras be destroyed. Supreme Vajra Vidyadhara, may the means and wisdom be accomplished. With the vajra of self-nature intelligence, may there be no afflictions and suffering. With the mirror-like wisdom, may the means and wisdom become clear. Cutting off the root of afflictions and suffering, eliminating the darkness of ignorance. As the sun rises with the light of compassion, may the means and wisdom shine brightly. Extremely solid, without birth or death, the compassion of the vajra is displayed, compassion arises completely for beings, may the means and wisdom be filled with loving-kindness. Possessing means and wisdom, facing the direction of merit, moving the body, Moving the limbs, striking with great force. The mandala is the treasure of all that arises, an inexhaustible jewel, fulfilling the wishes of all, may the means and wisdom be accomplished. Showing the color of the center of the sky, or all pure gold, the mandala is inconceivable and endless, may the means and wisdom be quickly accomplished. Immeasurable precious qualities, abiding in the state of equality of all, thus is the wisdom of equality, may the means and wisdom become equal. The qualities of the Sugata are great, the primordial unconditioned Bodhi field, all truly abide, may the means and wisdom be quickly accomplished. Possessing means and wisdom, facing the west, first moving the limbs, making the dances extremely clear, striking with great force. Although all dharmas are practiced, like a lotus arising from mud, abiding in a state of non-attachment, may the means and wisdom be accomplished. Karma and afflictions disappear, habits, signs, and dust are all absent, may the means and wisdom be quickly accomplished. The unconditioned mandala of Bodhi, from where does it come, it is the realm of the future, abiding in the realm in a non-abiding state, may the means and wisdom be quickly accomplished. Possessing means and wisdom, facing the north.
