Having ascertained the definitive meaning of the unsurpassed vehicle, one may engage in all actions of afflictions and karma. After acting, gather with people and others, and the vows of discipline will be perfectly complete. In the unsurpassed and supreme samaya, the discipline is the authority of taming. As many vows as there are, immeasurable, all are completely gathered and purified. The middle way of existence and non-existence is not perceived, like an illusion or a mirage. There is no life, no killing of life, no killing at all. It is just a mistaken perception of life and self. Because there is no difference between the two truths, it is the nature of illusory joy, not different. Because there is no other and no un-given, there is no taking, everything is the essence of itself. All phenomena are like illusions, and names and words are falsely imputed. Acting falsely in falsity itself, there is only the imputation of falsity, there is no existence. Attachment to non-attachment, and non-attachment in attachment itself. That is the supreme Brahma, the king, the great attachment. Do not abandon the unsurpassed, respect the guru, do not interrupt the mantra and mudra. Love those who have entered the right path, do not speak for the sake of secret meaning. These are the five root vows, the supreme vows of accomplishment and protection. Do not abandon ignorance, attachment, anger, pride, and jealousy. White essence, red essence, great smell of meat, do not discard in a clean vessel. The supreme vow of the ten branches, originally pure and equal, is practiced with discrimination. The five vows of protection and accomplishment are the root, without difference. Transformation. Not abandoning, not discarding, five and two, are the branch vows that are difficult to transgress. Joining equally in equality, if one abides in the vow of equality, one will attain great perfect equality. If one transgresses, one is not a Buddha. The faults of the broken roots, do not diligently repair and approach. Do not speak for a moment or a short time. The faults of transgression cannot be expressed. If the root vows are broken, all accomplishments will become perverse. Unpleasant and various, unwanted fruits will come. If the branch vows are broken, there will be no fruit and one will fall into the lower realms. The vows are great vajras, the nature of all Buddhas. In the five root vows, there are two and thirteen in one. In the five two branch vows, one is divided into twenty. This vow is very wonderful, in the ten directions of the six worlds, however many beings there are in the three realms.

Thus, subdue the conceptual thoughts, thus abide in the vows. Furthermore, the supreme king, Samantabhadra, all the mudras without exception, All the unsurpassed accomplishments are achieved without practice. Such are the infinite supreme among the victorious ones, Holding the supreme lineage of the victorious ones, revered by the world's lords and retinues. The supreme saints and the holy ones, bless the sons and siblings with compassion, Abiding in the realm of the Sugata, united with the fearless Samantabhadra. The means of taming the suchness as it is, the countless vows as many as there are, Completely and purely accomplished spontaneously. If broken, restore and complete them, Such are the infinite supreme ones. By saying this, the Tathagata tames the Tathagata. The fifty-first chapter, the vow chapter, from the Secret Essence Definitive Meaning. Then, from the King of Tantras, the Magical Net of the Tathagata, in order to make the mantra holders meaningful, having briefly summarized the root of the three hundred vows, for the sake of the mantra holders, this verse is specifically spoken: In the dust-like worlds of the ten directions, unbearable dust-like wrong thoughts, The antidote to subduing thoughts is inconceivable, the vows of taming are countless. All the many supreme Vajrayana teachings, though unmoving and without elaboration from themselves, Due to the conceptual thoughts of self-awareness delusion, views of high and low are inconceivable. To tame that, it is appropriately taught, the true nature and wrong thoughts, If the nature abides in its own place, there is no need to correct or transform it. If it is inherently present in its nature, there is no abandonment of afflictions and no accomplishment of enlightenment. All becomes of one taste, conventionality is like a water moon, Therefore, it can change and accomplish anything. The yogi realizes that, The ultimate truth is without birth or cessation, conventional illusion is spontaneously accomplished. Thus, it is a secret word. The fifty-second chapter, the chapter on briefly explaining the fifteen roots of the three hundred vows. Then, the Bhagavan Tathagata, having entered into the samadhi of the Vajra Play of the Mind, specifically spoke this verse: In the clear expanse of the sky, wish-fulfilling clouds arise in various forms, Various forms arise, radiating light and blazing.(藏文:རྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:ram,汉语字面意思:让) The fire that burns the three realms, the wisdom fire of the mind blazes.(藏文:ཧྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hum,汉语字面意思:吽)
