明月增辉，怖畏众苦悉皆净除。忿怒张口巨齿焰光炽盛，如从有顶直趋地狱界。世间一时名号，断绝六道之途。以智慧之手持炽燃之法器，将三有世界化为微尘。以喉音奏乐，如击打众生之鼓。于三界之中，广布威势。以血为食，供养金刚大胜。手持斩杀怖畏众之生皮。以调伏龙族之功德，缠绕千条黑蛇。降伏一切怖畏之龙众于足下。调伏贪欲者，乃贪欲之主。大贪欲者，乃贪欲之化身。将众多眷属化为怖畏之眷属。调伏嗔恨者，乃嗔恨之主。嗔恨暴虐者，乃嗔恨之化身。以光芒融化一切怖畏之众，极其威严，乃怖畏所惧之形。调伏愚痴者，乃愚痴之主。消除愚痴者，乃大愚痴之 化身。不分彼此，嗜血大口稳如须弥山。调伏我慢者，乃我慢之主。斩杀怖畏众，乃众多尸骸之所。张开双足，露出獠牙，永无止境。欢喜怖畏之行，极其憎恶。调伏嫉妒者，乃嫉妒之主。大嫉妒者，乃大嫉妒之化身。聚集一切 নারী (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)，安住于坛城中央。以呸字诛杀误入歧途之恶徒。手持田野之裙，调伏恶徒。以怖畏众之形象，装饰身躯。足与手所及之处，皆已决断。大左足伸展，遍及诸神与魔。右足以众多方便，摄受、舍弃并弯曲。摇动金刚铃，驱散沉睡。于大光明之中，闪耀雷霆。无与伦比之怖畏勇士您。以恶食调配甘露之大药主。如您一般的怖畏者，实为稀有。纵经劫洗濯，仍复生之垢染。以智慧日光之光芒加持，以及清净慈悲之雨的奇迹。刹那之间，便能从迷惑中解脱，并净化业障。阻断死亡之路，智慧之轮。

With the waxing moon ablaze, completely purify the suffering of the fearful multitudes. With wrathful face and blazing, sharp teeth, as if descending from the peak of existence to the realm of hell. The world's simultaneous name, utterly cuts off the six paths. With hands holding wisdom and blazing emblems, may you utterly destroy the three realms into dust. With the sound of the throat playing like striking a drum for beings, may you greatly expand the display of power in all three realms. May the great supreme Vajra, who drinks blood as food, be pleased. Holding the raw hide of those who have slain the fearful hosts. Adorned with a thousand black snakes, the merit of subduing the nagas. Even the fearful assembly of nagas is pressed underfoot. The one who subdues desire is the lord of all desires. The great desire is the very embodiment of desire. Transforming the many retinues into fearful retinues. The one who subdues hatred is the lord of all hatred. The cruel hatred is the very embodiment of hatred. Melting all the fearful hosts with rays of light, utterly majestic, the form that fear itself fears. The one who subdues ignorance is the lord of all ignorance. The one who dispels ignorance is the very embodiment of great ignorance. Indiscriminate, blood-drinking, with a large mouth as stable as Mount Meru. The one who subdues pride is the lord of all pride. Having slain the fearful hosts, a place of many corpses. With feet spread wide and fangs bared, there is no end to the appointed time. Rejoicing in fearful strides and utterly hating. The one who subdues jealousy is the lord of all jealousy. The great jealousy is the very embodiment of great jealousy. Gathering all women, dwelling in the center of the mandala. Killing those who are misled and wicked with phaṭ. Holding the skirt of the field, subduing the wicked. Adorning the body with the form of fearful hosts. The feet and hands have made a final decision. The great left foot extends, suppressing gods and pervading demons. The right foot, with many skillful means, gathers, abandons, and bends. Shaking the vajra bell, greatly dispelling sleep. From the center of great light, great lightning flashes forth. You, the fearless hero, unsurpassed in fear. The great lord of medicine who mixes bad food with nectar. A fearful one like you is exceedingly rare. Even if washed for eons, the stain is reborn. With the blessings of the light of wisdom's sun, and the miracle of the rain of pure compassion. In an instant, liberate from confusion and purify karmic obscurations. Blocking the path of death, the center of wisdom.

于眷属中，生世彻底清净之慈悲显现。无有爱憎，恩德浩大之宝藏。向饮血身语意顶礼。名为《从秘密心髓决定中忆念恩德之歌》之章节，即第四十八品。此后，薄伽梵大喜金刚为了此秘密真言之王稳固不坏，并且为了安住于世间界，对诸部多之，女尊之又女尊，大罗刹女，罗刹女，梵天女，争斗女，自在女，入欲母，童女，赤女，甘露母，寂静母，棍母，食肉女，啖食母，欢喜母，生肉饮血醉女，独行母，夺意母，成就母，龙女，杀戮母，人女，猪女，老诅咒女，断鼻女，水天女，大黑女，羊头赤黄大女，瓶耳青黑大女，膨腹黄黑大女，国母，大臣母，军队首领母，侍女与又侍女，婢女与又婢女等，编发女与鼠女，婢女等，特别宣说此语。此秘密心髓决定，是所有秘密真言之王。是象征大方便之智慧，是幻化网之精华。众多秘密续部，是我意之所化现。梵天与帝释天，以及大自在天等，军队首领夺意之境等，身胜牛行者，以及非天与赡部洲中，我意之精华，于十方一切传播，并且交付于彼之形相者，是如意宝藏财富之语处。内外乘之论典，以及八万四千法蕴，于行与禅修与念诵，以及一切律仪善巧者，禅修稳固且趋向正法，并且能执持教法者，交付于秘密心髓胜义，而非向他人宣说。不嗔怒，智慧深邃，能忍受违缘，并且信乐如意结合者，宣说根本支分誓言，与月亮一同立誓。

In the retinue, compassion arises that completely purifies births. Without love or hatred, a treasure of great kindness. I prostrate to the body, speech, and mind of the blood-drinker. This is the forty-eighth chapter, called "The Song of Remembering Kindness from the Determination of the Secret Essence." Then, the Bhagavan Great Delightful One, for the sake of this king of secret mantras being firm and unchanging, and for the purpose of abiding in the world realm, to all the beings, the supreme of goddesses, the great Rakshasi, the Rakshasi, the Brahma woman, the quarrelsome woman, the powerful woman, the lustful woman, the young woman, the red woman, the nectar woman, and the peaceful woman, the club woman, the demon woman, the eating woman, the joyful woman, the raw flesh blood-drinking drunken woman, the solitary practitioner, the mind-captivating woman, the accomplished woman, the Naga woman, the killing woman, the human woman, the pig woman, the old curse woman, the noseless woman, the water goddess, the great black woman, the great red-yellow goat-headed woman, the great blue-black vase-eared woman, the great yellow-black belly-holding woman, the queen, the minister, the commander, the servant and the other servant, the slave and the other slave, and so on, the braided woman and the mouse woman, the slave women, especially speak this word. This determination of the secret essence is the king of all secret mantras. It is the wisdom that symbolizes great skillful means, and it is the essence of the net of illusion. The many secret tantras are emanations from my mind. Brahma and Indra, and the great powerful one, and so on, the realms of the commander's captivating woman, and the body-superior cow-practitioner, and the non-celestial and Jambudvipa, this essence of my mind, spreading in all ten directions, and entrusting it to that form, is the place of the wish-fulfilling treasury of wealth. The treatises of the outer and inner vehicles, and the eighty-four thousand dharmas, those skilled in conduct and meditation and recitation, and all vows, those who are steadfast in meditation and inclined towards the Dharma, and who are able to uphold the teachings, entrust to the supreme meaning of the secret essence, and do not declare it to others. To those who are not angry, whose wisdom is profound, who can endure obstacles, and who are devoted to wish-fulfilling union, explain the root and branch vows, and take vows with the moon.
