执持与，力量散布有五种，自生者之敌对观察，于五手印中善安住，金刚萨埵吉祥所说，彼等殊胜者当宣说，姿势与安乐结合及，周遍结合引与速，充满抛掷与明耀也。足跟相合压地面，足伸展则压大地，坛城等亦当压制之，伸屈亦压三处所，姿势之手印也。火缓和与豆荚形，柔软且肢分指示及，广大充满且极清净，身之手印安乐者。以此于身压制与，瘟疫与毒及地毒与，空行母害与诸魔之，何时亦不能够立足。广大充满之手印也。于自心间引导之方式，以安乐者持弓双，右者极作舞姿且，箭射则能成就也。吉祥三界种种胜者也。左手善数算，无过失者以右手勾，弓弦无余拉开后，引勾一切诸有情。一切引勾之手印也。耳旁之间圆形中，如是如理善充满，嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）字量于自口，执持则能执持有情。执持之手印也。如是如理引导后，如仪轨般执持后亦，于彼稍微分离之，充满则一切能成就。充满之手印也。饮酒令目标减少，以含笑之眼而观视，视线置于中断处，速疾抛射则圣者成。以箭弓得胜之手印也。四方者令锐利与，如是自一切周遍绕，自右方则箭绕后，触及彼如是赞叹与，以足压制且以蹄镇，穿透十之胜手印，三界大王位，安乐能得近受用。吉祥三界种种胜者也。极抛射与平等抛射，如是如电抛射与，如电闪耀如是也，手印方便诸成办也。一切方便之手印也。怖畏手与安乐方与，笔直如是向上举

Holding and, the fivefold spreading of power, Observing the enemies of the self-born, Abiding well in the five mudras, Vajrasattva, glorious one, has spoken. Those noble ones shall be explained. Posture and ease of union, As well as complete union, drawing in, and swiftness, Filling, throwing, and clarity. Pressing the ground with feet together, Pressing the earth with feet spread apart, Even the mandalas should be pressed down. Stretching and contracting also press the three places. This is the mudra of posture. Fire subdued and bean-pod shaped, Gentle and showing the limbs, Vastly filling and completely pure, The mudra of the body is easeful. With this, pressing down on the body, Pestilence and poison, and earth poison, And the harm of sky-goers and all demons, Will never be able to stand. This is the mudra of vast filling. In the manner of drawing into one's own heart, Holding the pair of bows with ease, The right one dances exceedingly, And if an arrow is shot, it will be accomplished. The glorious, threefold, all-victorious one. The left hand counts well, The right hand hooks with no fault, After drawing the bowstring completely, One should hook all beings. This is the mudra of hooking all. In the roundness between the ears, Filling well as is appropriate, The syllable Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) in one's own mouth, If held, one will hold beings. This is the mudra of holding. After drawing as is appropriate, And holding as in the ritual, There, one should separate slightly. By filling, all will be accomplished. This is the mudra of filling. Drinking causes the target to diminish, Looking with smiling eyes, Placing the gaze on the interrupted view, If shot swiftly, the holy one is accomplished. This is the mudra of conquering with bow and arrow. Sharpening the four-cornered one, And likewise circling from all around, After circling the arrow from the right side, Touching and praising it thus, Pressing with the feet and subduing with the hooves, With the supreme mudra of ten piercings, The great kingdom of the three realms, One can happily obtain and closely enjoy. The glorious, threefold, all-victorious one. Utterly throwing and equally throwing, Likewise throwing like lightning, And flashing like lightning as well, These are the mudras for accomplishing methods. This is the mudra of all methods. A fearful hand and a happy direction, Straight ahead and likewise raising upwards.
