Therefore, I have spoken and truly shown, explained and clearly elucidated. Vajrapani, Vajra Holder! This I have blessed your lineage with the blessings of the nature of all the most secret mantras. Vajrapani, Vajra Holder! Furthermore, this name, when truly spoken, is the wisdom of all-knowingness, and the secrets of body, speech, and mind, utterly and completely pure. It is the enlightenment of the Buddhas. It is the complete realization of the perfectly enlightened Buddhas. It is the unsurpassed Dharmadhatu of the Sugatas, fully comprehended. It is the defeat of all the powers of Mara by the Victorious Ones. It is the very power of the ten powers of all those who possess the ten powers. It is the very omniscience of all the omniscient ones. It is the teaching of all dharmas. It is the true accomplishment of all Buddhas. It is the complete perfection of the accumulation of merit and wisdom of all great Bodhisattvas, a birthplace that is immaculate and utterly pure. It is the pure land of all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. It is the perfection of all gods and humans. It is the foundation of the Mahayana. It is the source of the conduct of the Bodhisattvas. It is the culmination of all noble paths. It is the examination of those who are liberated. It is the place where the path of definite emergence arises. It is the unceasing lineage of the Thus-Gone Ones. It is the abundant increase of the family and lineage of the Bodhisattvas. It is the complete destruction of all adversaries. It is the complete annihilation of all heretics. It is the defeat of the power, forces, and armies of the four Maras. It is the true gathering of all sentient beings. It is the complete maturation of the noble path of all those who traverse the path of definite emergence. It is the samadhi of those who abide in the four Brahma-viharas. It is the dhyana of those who are one-pointed in mind. It is the yoga of those who strive to tame body, speech, and mind. It is freedom from all elaborations. It is the abandonment of all afflictions and near-afflictions. It is the complete pacification of all obscurations. It is liberation from all bonds. It is liberation from all substances. It is the pacification of all mental wandering. It is the source of all prosperity.

It is a place of tranquility. It eliminates all decline. It cuts off all doors to the lower realms. It is a good path to the city of liberation. It does not enter the wheel of samsara. It turns the wheel of Dharma. The parasol, victory banner, and pennant displayed by the Thus-Gone-One. It is a place for teaching the sacred Dharma. For bodhisattvas practicing the means of the secret mantra path, it is for swift accomplishment. For bodhisattvas who are diligent in meditation, it is realization. For bodhisattvas, great beings who are diligent in the Perfection of Wisdom, it is the individual realization of emptiness. For those diligent in individually realizing non-duality, it is perfection. It completely purifies the perfections and all accumulations. It completely perfects all the grounds. It is the individual realization of the four noble truths. It is the realization with one-pointed mind of the mindfulness of all dharmas. This correct utterance of names completely perfects even among all the qualities of the Buddhas. Vajrapani, the Vajra Holder. Furthermore, this correct utterance of names as spoken, completely pacifies all the sins of body, speech, and mind that all sentient beings constantly commit. It completely purifies all the lower realms of all sentient beings. It averts all bad migrations. It truly cuts off all karmic obscurations. It prevents the continuity of birth in all eight states of unfreedom. It completely pacifies the eight great fears. It certainly destroys all bad dreams. It certainly eliminates all bad omens. It completely pacifies all bad omens and obstacles. It keeps far away all the actions of the enemy, the Mara. It increases all roots of virtue and merit. It prevents all improper thoughts from arising. It completely destroys all arrogance, pride, haughtiness, and self-grasping without exception.
