彼等。大怖畏尊，极其凶猛，令人毛骨悚然， 名为大焰血饮。身色变为紫黑色，头、手、足如虚空微尘般众多。手持各种兵器。彼尊，具三头六臂四足，喜悦于大尸陀林中，于血海中央，在大骷髅山之上，于火焰轮中央，与大自在天及尸陀林主夫妇以伸展收缩之姿安住。彼等忿怒云聚之坛城中，有些化为吉祥饮血大尊金刚，安住于东方。有些化为吉祥饮血大尊宝，安住于南方。有些化为吉祥饮血大尊大莲花，安住于西方。有些化为吉祥饮血大尊业，安住于北方。彼等一切皆具大怖畏尊之装束，于凶猛之吼声与火焰之中，以三头六臂四足，安住于食香、夜叉、罗刹、阎罗、饿鬼夫妇所作之座上。明妃饮血大尊之众亦以各自缠绕于身之姿安住。其后，彼等之眷属，白衣女众、盗女众、愚痴女众、焚烧女众、膨胀女众、凶暴女众、具痣女众、盲女众等，亦于火焰大轮之轮辐之间，自东方起环绕，以怖畏之身形及各自之器械安住。其后，狮面大女众、虎面大女众、狐面大女众、犬面 大女众、笑面大女众、鹫面大女众、鸱枭面大女众、猫头鹰面大女众等，于火焰轮之外，自东方起环绕，以凶猛之光彩安住。于火焰坛城之门处，有世间母众、金刚面母众、金刚世间母众、金刚起尸母众、极其凶暴怖畏之

The assembly of consorts, the Great Blood-Drinking Goddesses, also reside in a manner of each entwined around their bodies. Then, the retinues of those, the white-clad women, the thief women, the foolish women, the burning women, the swollen women, the fierce women, the mole-faced women, the blind women, etc., also reside with terrifying forms and their own weapons, encircling from the east in the spokes of the great wheel of flames. Then, the assembly of great lion-faced women, the assembly of great tiger-faced women, the assembly of great fox-faced women, the assembly of great dog-faced women, the assembly of great laughing-faced women, the assembly of great vulture-faced women, the assembly of great owl-faced women, the assembly of great eagle-owl-faced women, etc., encircle from the east outside the wheel of flames, residing with fierce radiance. Abiding in the form of. Then, the Bhagavan, the Great Joyful Glorious Blood Drinker, those abided with nine heads, eighteen arms, and eight legs. Then, the Bhagavan spoke with a terrifying voice: Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ།), Ha Ha Ha (Tibetan: ཧ་ཧ་ཧ།), Khāhi Khāhi Khāhi (Tibetan: ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི།). Having said this, those fierce great hosts extracted all the hearts and senses, pulled out all the entrails, cut and ate the limbs, drank all the blood, and gnawed all the bones. Then, the Bhagavan, the Great Joyful Glorious Blood Drinker, entered into the Samadhi called the Great Compassionate Nectar Arising, and from the Vajra of Body, Speech, and Mind, these were extracted: Oṃ Vajra Mahākrodha Amṛta Aṃ Aṃ Aṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཨཾ་ཨཾ་ཨཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra mahākrodha amṛta aṃ aṃ aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Great, Wrathful, Amrita, Aṃ, Aṃ, Aṃ). Having said this, all, including the Great Ishvara, emerged from the nostrils of those great wrathful Bhagavat, and remembering, those hosts of the great wrathful mandala also saw nine hundred heads, one thousand eight hundred arms, eight hundred legs, abiding in the mandala of the great blazing body. Then, those trembled greatly, fear completely subsided, and they cried out in lamentation: We are servants, we are servants, if we do not diligently serve, our heads and bodies will be split into hundreds of pieces, our hearts will also be broken and cut, rot and burn and be destroyed, fall into hell and cry out. Having sworn to be servants in this way, they were placed on the seat of the mandala. All also said in one voice: Our wives and concubines, mothers, sisters, and daughters, we beseech you to accept them into the great mandala, we beseech the hero deity to accept them. We, each with our retinue, even those who merely hold the name of this great assembly mandala, like a jewel blazing on the crown of the head, with a mind that is without deceit and full of reverence, take it and place it on the crown of our heads and honor it. Whatever its need may be, we will accomplish it completely. If before this hero, we do not act as we have said, may our heads, bodies, and hearts be cut into pieces and rot. Thus they spoke. Then, the assembly of their wives and concubines, and all the mothers, sisters, and daughters, said in one voice: We, the entire retinue
