After the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, requested thus, the glorious Vajrasattva, upon a lotus and moon seat, without obstruction in front or behind, everything clear and bright, possessing all marks and signs, everything inconceivable, the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities appearing in various ways, seated with the two feet of skillful means and wisdom in a posture of stretching and contracting, thinking with compassion for all difficult-to-tame sentient beings, from the secret activities of himself, from the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of himself, for all difficult-to-tame sentient beings, with a compassionate heart, bestowed the command. For the benefit of oneself and others, this tantra was spoken.
