Then, the exhortation to the commitment lineage is as follows: Vajra Krodha Raja, great glorious Heruka, Although you do not possess the appearance of mindful wrath and hatred, In order to subdue all fierce and violent ones, Act with the activity of saving with great compassion. The offerings to all the blazing mandalas are: Charming women holding precious garlands, singing and dancing, The supreme fragrance of incense, flowers, lamps, and perfumes.
