Practice of lowering the mind. By contemplating the bindus of the root locations, even the frozen ones are warmed, and they are subdued by the melting and dripping of heat. Initially, the bindu of the heart melts and blazes into light. As that light descends, it touches the navel chakra; as it ascends, it touches the throat chakra, and both blaze into light. The light of the throat ascends and touches the great bliss chakra, and it too blazes into light. It emerges from the crown of the head and touches all the Tathagatas of the ten directions, melting into light and dissolving into the great bliss chakra together with the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hūṃ), so that all the bindus of the channels and petals melt into light, giving rise to a body of bliss and emptiness inseparable, like space. Thus, it should be practiced in four sessions. This is mainly a statement of the oral instructions of the Zur tradition. In the writings of the oral instructions of the Omniscient Great One, the light of the throat touches the crown of the head, the heart touches the throat, the navel touches the heart, and the sequence of melting the bindus of the navel by its light is the wisdom of upper stability. Then, with the rays of light from the heart, the bindus of the navel, throat, and crown are gradually gathered into the heart, becoming thinner and smaller. And again, they are gradually gathered, and finally, abiding equally in the realm of Samantabhadrī, the great emptiness of dharmatā, is considered the wisdom of lower stability. The expansion of pure essences into the channels and petals is considered the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, and this is not the same as the previous. Here, it is said that the pure essence is free from movement, so the clarity of light, the inward absorption of wind and mind, is considered great wisdom. For details, one should learn from the "Bindu Heat Flow of the Path Arrangement," the "Oral Instructions of Tārā Wind," and the "Secret Bindu Channel Commentary of Vimalā." Secondly, relying on the lower gate of another's body, the practice of the oral instructions of the play of the three realms, the wisdom of bliss arises instantaneously. As it says in the "Ocean": "By three attractions, the five minds in sequence, arising sixteen, one obtains the ground, because of the co-emergent nature, even bondage is the means of liberation." That is, the secret organ, the lotus place, and the secret consciousness are the three attractions. Relying on these three, the five minds arise, and therefore the sixteen joys arise, thereby experiencing the co-emergent wisdom of nature. That is to say, one who is capable of using the upper gate in the generation stage and the completion stage should practice the path of desire.

Therefore, as previously explained in the context of union offerings, first complete the activities of recitation and close recitation, and then engage in practice and great practice through the three unions. The three unions are: convenience itself becomes wisdom, wisdom itself becomes convenience, and convenience and wisdom are united without duality. The first is: In the play of non-duality, when the Bodhicitta of convenience appears as the mandala of Vajra Jewel, experience it as the essence of the five elements is inherently the mandala of the five wisdoms. Like "With the mandala of the mandala" and other verses. The second is: At that time, the sun of the mother appears as the stamen of the Bodhicitta lotus, because all the bindus are gathered there, it becomes the cause of all the deity mandalas. If it is grasped by convenience, then all the discriminating thoughts can clearly appear as the mandala of body and wisdom, possessing such power. Like "Secret Bindu" and other two verses. The third is: The essence of all the veins of the father and mother, the sun and moon are equally united at the same time, experiencing the innate wisdom. Again, when experiencing the innate bliss of the sixteen joys in the order of ascending and descending nature, the discriminating thoughts residing in the nature of the deity are pleased by offering with the wisdom of bliss. Like "Heart Essence Bindu" and other three lines. Thus, by means of convenience, all the essence of the support of the six aggregates is lowered, and at the tip of the vajra and lotus, at the time of raising, holding, and reversing, the objects of the eight aggregates of discriminating thoughts are self-illuminated as innate wisdom, thus being free from leakage. With the wisdom of bliss, one enjoys the appearance without attachment, thereby perfecting the two accumulations. Experiencing the clear appearance of desire itself as the wisdom of bliss and emptiness is also called seeing the face of all victors. It is said: "With undefiled merit." The four joys experienced here are: the movement of the bindu from its place is joy, experiencing bliss is supreme joy, the nature of bliss is liberated into emptiness is joylessness, and by the means of raising, holding, and reversing, experiencing the nature of the secret essence of emptiness and bliss is innate joy. That
