The wheel has four spokes and a rim, adorned with two courtyards of flames. Everywhere is a square with a rim, and in the center, nine terrifying faces are displayed. From the union of Bhandha, the father and mother, place the support for the arising of accomplishments. In the east of the Dharma wheel, reside the Heruka father and mother who subdue hatred.
