It is contradictory! To this, it is also said: All the mandalas of the Victorious Ones, boundless and complete, Unmoved from the sphere of reality, manifest as body and mudra. Merely manifesting, they transcend the words of existence and non-existence. All appearances and existences are within the mandala of the Victorious Ones. How can the mind divide, how can the deities of the mind be established? All sentient beings are established in the realm of the Buddha. Many attachments are like the labor of blowing ashes. The mind itself is primordially pure, like the sky, without beginning or end, pervading everything. In the separation from the duality of grasping and being grasped, it abides in the great bindu of no birth and no death. Like light, without beginning or end, the Victorious Ones say. With the vast expanse of selflessness, without birth or death, In the secret mandala of no gathering and no scattering, With the great compassion without partiality, Samsara is completely destroyed, and hell is emptied. (Tibetan: ༀ་གུ་ཧྱ་ས་ར་ཨༀ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: om guhya sara om, Chinese literal meaning: Om Secret Essence Om.) (Tibetan: ཛྙཱ་ན་ས་ར་ཨོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: jnana sara o, Chinese literal meaning: Wisdom Essence Om.) (Tibetan: བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: bodhicitta a, Chinese literal meaning: Bodhicitta A.) By understanding and proclaiming this, all sentient beings will also abide in the realm of the Buddha, what need is there to mention what is to be done? This is the meaning of all blessings, thus, the second mandala of the wheel of command is complete. Thus, in the drawn image mandala, for the sake of what is to be benefited, and for oneself and all sentient beings, bless them so that they all go to the realm of Samantabhadra and become capable vessels. It is necessary to liberate the grasping and being grasped, the real existence of permanence and annihilation, with the method of the wrathful father and mother and the samadhi of wisdom. (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ་ཙཀྲ་ཡ་སྟྭྂ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: om vajra cakra ya stvam, Chinese literal meaning: Om Vajra Wheel You Are.) Reciting thus, in the center of the golden eight-spoked wheel, the great glorious father and mother, the eastern spoke is Prajnanataka, the southeastern spoke is Niladanda, the southern spoke is Yamantaka, the southwestern corner is Arya Achala, the western spoke is Hayagriva, the northwestern corner is Taki Raja, the northern spoke is Amrita Kundali, the northeastern corner is Maha Bala, below is the lotus of the wheel-turner, above is Humkara. These abide inseparably with the eight wrathful mothers. The father and mother are inseparably united, the upper Humkara radiates method, the lower lotus shows wisdom. Here, the dakinis of the mandala, as well as the emanations, and the messengers in order, what is to be done, and the immeasurable sentient beings.

Having gathered everything into one place, sever the grossness of the form aggregate that clings to the permanence of things. From the seed syllable Na ri (Tibetan: ནརི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: नर, Sanskrit Romanization: nara, Literal Chinese meaning: person) of the consciousness aggregate, transforming into Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), dissolving into the hearts of the father and mother. Relying on space, for the sake of future benefit, as a son of definite lineage, touching a portion, performing activities. Thus, what is clearly manifested from samādhi is called the state of perfect completion of the ten bhūmis. Moreover, all of the three realms are the field of emptiness and suchness. All of the three existences (desire realm, form realm, formless realm) are skillful means and wisdom, and all suffering and afflictions are transformed into non-dual enjoyment. Just as in the center of the sun, darkness cannot be found by searching. The enlightened activity of the Buddha is vast, and the cause of samsara cannot be found. There is no need to liberate, and even if liberation is done, there is no need. Therefore, it is said: In the nature of Samantabhadra, Buddhas and sentient beings are non-dual. Even if I consume the three existences, I am not satisfied. Even if I fill the three realms, I am not satiated. All three thousand worlds are the field of liberation. Because it is unborn, it is a capable substance. Because its nature is abundant, it is the cause of liberation. In the vast expanse of the mind's nature, by showing the entirety of the three thousand worlds, even a hundred thousand rains cannot bear it. Wherever space pervades, Dharma pervades. Wherever Dharma pervades, mind pervades. Both inner and outer are liberated into the mind. The mind is primordially in nirvāṇa, transcending the continuum of birth and death, surpassing the limits of existence and non-existence. Appearing in all forms, yet not graspable. It is not non-existent; essence arises. This is called Bhagavan, the uniquely supreme deity. Whoever is intelligent and has great fortune, this is known as the teaching of liberation. Hīti is displayed. Perfect dominion, the pinnacle of power. To whatever one is not attached, it transforms into whatever is desired. In the non-dual palace, bestow the empowerment of non-abandonment and non-acceptance. Thus, praising the place of abiding, with just one empowerment, even the name of sentient being ceases to exist. How does one accomplish as the dominion? Floating like space, abiding in the state of vidyādhara, reversing the flow of water, the wind does not move, unimpeded entry into mountains and rocks, not drowning in water, not burning in fire, not fearing poison and weapons, invisibility and manifesting in many forms, and also as desired, gods, demons, yakshas, etc.
