The essence, tantras of deities, and realizations should also be kept secret. These practices of secret mantra should be kept secret, and entrusted to secrecy. Therefore, use the meaning of secret mantra well, and do not let others slander or mock it, but use it. For example, abiding like a lion displaying its power on a snowy mountain is to not have broken the samaya of secret mantra. Therefore, one will become enlightened in the state of Mahamudra Vidyadhara. When will a great bodhisattva not listen to this samaya of the heart, wanting to become a teacher of all? Teachers like these, without distinguishing between good and bad, me and you, everything will decline, and everything will go to hell. 互相争斗，由于威力小而使用民众的武器，所有普通众生都说这种事是假法，并嘲笑和惊讶。下乘显宗的行者们，如果怀疑并嘲笑密咒，就会受到非常严重的违背誓言的惩罚。由于其原因和异熟果报，那时咒语和显宗没有区别，直至凡夫俗子无一例外地被迷惑，大量堕入地狱。因此，誓言难以违越。如是说：誓言，誓言，之所以称为誓言，是因为难以违越。佛陀所说的语言，谁违越了它，即使是天神也会毁灭，更何况是众生呢？身之誓言不动摇，语之誓言不改变，意之誓言不散乱。五支誓言，时时牢记在心。不违越是圣者的行境，如果违越，就会堕入无间地狱。另外，所谓的誓言，是修持密咒之义的瑜伽士，从身语意三门中， 也不应被凡夫俗子修持。如果那时修持，就会衰败。念诵、禅定等等，有障碍、魔障和守卫者，持咒者不应修持。因为这些会制造障碍，所以要谨慎，不要衰败。无论谁使其衰败，以及总是观察自心的人们，都是违背誓言的。身边不应有任何人，即使不被他人看见，誓言之主也在心中。像那样看待，就像无数人都能看见一样。同样以观察的心，不要违越，安住于誓言。即使是圆满了十地的佛陀，也不会违越誓言，那么修持瑜伽的人怎么能违越呢？恐惧的救护是殊胜的誓言。誓言自在者自己也不违越，那么母众空行又怎么能违越呢？天神也不会夺取天神的权力，人也同样不违越誓言。不违背誓言，守护它，是身语意的广大手印，是普遍生起瑜伽。被称为一切圆满之母。清晰地堆积胜者的坛城，给予。

All ordinary sentient beings say that such things are false Dharma, and they ridicule and are amazed. Because of its causes and ripening results, at that time there is no difference between mantras and Sutras, and even ordinary people are deceived without exception, and a large number fall into hell. Therefore, vows are difficult to transgress. It is said: Vow, vow, it is called vow because it is difficult to transgress. The words spoken by the Buddha, whoever transgresses it, even the gods will be destroyed, let alone sentient beings? The vow of body is unshakeable, the vow of speech is unchangeable, and the vow of mind is undistracted. The five branch vows, always keep them in mind. Not transgressing is the realm of the noble ones, and if transgressed, one will fall into the Avici hell. Furthermore, the so-called vow is that the yogi who practices the meaning of secret mantras, from the three doors of body, speech, and mind, should also not be practiced by ordinary people. If practiced at that time, it will decline. Recitation, meditation, and so on, with obstacles, demons, and guardians, mantra holders should not practice. Because these create obstacles, be careful and do not decline. Whoever causes it to decline, and those who always observe their own minds, are violating the vow. There should be no one around, and even if not seen by others, the lord of the vow is in the heart. To look at it like that is like countless people can see it. Likewise, with an observing mind, do not transgress, abide in the vow. Even the Buddha who has perfected the ten bhumis does not transgress the vow, so how can the one who practices yoga transgress? The refuge from fear is the supreme vow. The lord of vows himself does not transgress, so how can the assembly of mothers and dakinis transgress? The gods do not seize the power of the gods, and people likewise do not transgress the vow. Not violating the vow, protecting it, is the great mudra of body, speech, and mind, and is the universal generation of yoga. It is called the mother of all perfections.
