Being in the state of activity, the body is not united with the unborn eternal, therefore, there is no change from the realm of realization. To engage in bodily conduct in a completely pure state is like the darkness being dispelled wherever the sun shines. Because the body is completely pure, wherever the body moves, its dharma also becomes completely pure. Then, it is taught thus: Enlightenment is attained through the activity of the body. Buddha Activity is the body, the body of wisdom is the Buddha. Because there is no Buddha elsewhere, the protector of beings refers to the body. Accustomed to this with great confidence, because there is no time of day and night, his effort is meaningful. Because there is no cause for distraction of the body, he possesses the meaning of effort. Vajrasattva, please realize, practice the time of the Vajra Conqueror, praise and determine to practice thus. This is shown to be certain, deeply spoken by the Buddhas. From the Tantra of "The King of All Conducts - Meaningful Effort," the chapter on how to practice bodily conduct and the discussion of views is the first chapter. Then, the Bhagavan specifically spoke about how to practice speech conduct and what views it accords with. Whatever the conduct of speech may be, yogis, please listen. Among them, there are three kinds of pure conduct: speech acting in accordance with the nature of reality, speech acting as the bindu of recitation, and speech acting in accordance with emptiness. Among them, speech acting in accordance with the nature of reality is that all appearances are named by speech, so all words are the nature of reality, all dharmas are letters, and all letters are known to be of unborn nature, so it is the nature of reality. To this, it is said: The heavenly mountain, the earth, rocks, plants, and forests are shown as letters. If the letters are of unborn nature, then the utterance of speech is the nature of reality. Likewise, cliffs, ravines, precipices, upward and downward, and the substances of containers, all that is contained by the five elements, if the letters are of unborn nature, then the conduct of speech is the nature of reality. Among them, the conduct of speech is: the bodies and senses of sentient beings, the nature of various kinds of knowledge, the body and wisdom of the noble ones, and the distinctions of qualities are also shown as letters.
