Then the secret of speech is leaked and let go. For those with bad qualities, even if these are explained, they will not understand. It is like milking a lion's milk into a container like Khamsa. The container will break and the essence will be lost. Therefore, in a precious container, like the essence remaining without being lost. A yogi who does not have the qualities of the teachings should not reveal the secret teachings in that place. It will definitely become a cause of decline and regret. Therefore, this should be kept as a treasure of meaning for those who have the capacity. This is the activity of conduct. If practiced gently, it is the activity of pacification. If practiced extensively, it is the activity of increase. If all are gathered, it is the activity of subjugation. If practiced fiercely, it is the activity of direct action. If not practiced and left alone, it is the activity of Dharma. Because the activity of conduct is completely perfected, this is the activity of conduct. The king of conduct is happiness. Enjoying everything and accomplishing everything. Practicing diligently and without distraction. Because it is in harmony with the vessel, everything is accomplished. Whoever abides in this conduct will not be bound and will be liberated. The yogi who has perfected the two accumulations will become the definitive path. Those who do not have this, how do they practice the wrong path? There is no time for liberation, they cry out in vain. The wrong Dharma that wanders in samsara will fall into the Avici hell. It is difficult to achieve accomplishment there. The Dharma that is confused by deception and error is extremely distant and difficult to practice. Like an elephant entering a swamp, the more it waves its limbs, the deeper it sinks. A fool who does not know this, even if he investigates and searches, will sink deeper and deeper. Therefore, the yogi is fortunate and virtuous. The supreme essence of all things. Because the teacher himself praised this, it is not shown to bad vessels. This is the sixth stage of practice. Now, keep in mind this stage of vows. What is the vow of the Buddha? It is the discipline of sentient beings. The discipline of sentient beings is the vow of the Buddha. It is okay to keep the vows of the root and branches. It is okay not to keep them. It is okay to break them. It is okay not to break them. It is okay to know them. It is okay not to know them. The king of activities practices them in stages. Why is that? It is like this. If you know the vows, the noble one is the word spoken from the mouth of that Buddha. The vows are all Dharmas.

The activity of companionship. If these vows are not understood, then the true and unerring nature of reality transcends being written in words and letters. Therefore, it is the activity of the vow's nature of reality. If the root and branch vows are kept in this way, because it is the meaning of being unmoving in all things, guarding against the conceptualization of grasping at words and letters, it is the activity of the vow being in accordance with the teachings. If these vows are not kept, because all things appear as self-nature bodhicitta, and nothing else is established, what is there to keep? It is the activity of the vow being inviolable. Even if these vows are broken, realization is liberated into space, and what is begun is brought to completion, making siddhis workable, it is the activity of the vow not being broken. Even if these vows are broken, because the vast primordial has blessed all things, there is no cause for breaking, so it is the activity of the vow not needing to be kept. Therefore, all the activities of the vow are vows that need not be kept and are not broken from all things in all ways. To that, one should say this: The supreme heart essence of the spontaneously accomplished King of Vows, from the profound secret, definitive, inviolable, sacred vow, being thoroughly revealed by being asked by a person of meaning, should be shown to all by the lion among men. Whatever is kept without transgression in all things and signs, this is also the activity of the vow. Whatever is kept without wavering in all afflictions and pains, this is also the activity of the vow. Also doing what accords with the scriptures, this is also the activity of the vow. The gate of wisdom is wide open and accords with the Dharma, this is also the activity of the vow. Whatever is eaten without purity or blemish, this is also the activity of the vow. Whatever is united without good or bad, this is also the activity of the vow. Whatever is liberated without love or hatred, this is also the activity of the vow. Whatever is walked without rejection or acceptance, this is also the activity of the vow. Whatever is enjoyed without obstruction or attachment, this is also the activity of the vow. Whatever is known without attachment or hatred, this is also the activity of the vow. Whatever is accomplished with defilements, this is also the activity of the vow. If meaning is produced with a vessel, this is also the activity of the vow. Without distraction from the space of certainty, this is also the activity of the vow. Whoever holds or carries this tantra, or reads or diligently practices it, or whatever is known in the mind.
