All appearances are non-appearances. Why is that? It is the nature of impermanence. Great Bodhisattva, all dharmas are non-appearing but appearing. Why is that? It is because the karma of inverted and confused afflictions is strong. Great Bodhisattva, all dharmas are explained separately by the logic of non-attainment, as it is said, but there is no meaning spoken anywhere. After speaking thus, the habitual tendencies of Vajrasattva's realization were purified. Then, the Bhagavan spoke again as follows: Whoever keeps these vows, will be liberated without being broken. The mantra holder's vows are perfected, and become the correct treatise of Samaya. If you do not understand this treatise, no matter how you protect it, it will be broken. The deeds of hell are so bitter, the suffering of samsara is unbearable. It is extremely difficult to be liberated from it. Those who are lost are led astray by the wrong path, and those who are confused are lost from enlightenment itself. All are difficult to measure, and this is shown in the essential teachings, for the sake of showing it to those who are qualified. The seventh chapter of the vows. The Bhagavan spoke of the benefits of the tantra as follows: Great Bodhisattva, whoever holds this tantra, holds the complete activities of the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas, which is no different from the Dharmadhatu. Self-born wisdom is also spontaneously accomplished without being sought. The mind and wisdom of all Buddhas of the ten directions and three times are also this very tantra, and this tantra is also the mind and wisdom. Holding this tantra, all show their own nature, and are praised as the protectors of the world, and the benefits are great in the three times. After speaking thus, Vajrasattva and all the non-dual retinue, the king of all activities, were finally perfected at the same time, and dwelt in the uncreated realm, with their intentions spontaneously accomplished. Such a tantra as this has not been spoken from the mouth of any teacher, nor will it be spoken, but it has been spoken and shown by the teacher himself, so one has deep faith in the meaning of that itself, and it becomes clear in that itself. The tantra of the seventh chapter, the king of the activities of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas. Om.
