This is also the Samaya Karma. The mantra practitioner is intelligent and faithful, without attachment to worldly wealth. This is also the Samaya Karma. Abandoning deceit and hypocrisy, walking the path of truth. This is also the Samaya Karma. All phenomena, if one knows that they are all unborn. This is also the Samaya Karma. Because of not knowing the Samaya Karma, the learned things all become inverted actions. Adding distinctions to meaningless Dharma, clinging to biased views on the selflessness, making distinctions of acceptance and rejection in equality, and arbitrarily distinguishing in the definitive meaning. Without the Guru's words, arrogant words arise, wanting to be self-smart, without any definite view. Seeking the wrong path, the truth disappears. Jealousy arises for all things, fighting with the masses. Not keeping the Samaya is a field of decline. The Dharma of Samsara is the basis of the wrong path. Meaningless wisdom is promiscuous speech. Meaningless, empty and without substance. There is no reason that matches the meaning. Boundless person, mad speech. Therefore, opening the door of Samsara, grasping from the hand and manifesting liberation. Because the nature of mind and self are one, even drinking heart's blood. If they are liberated, great bliss will be attained. This is also the Samaya Karma. If left unattended, it will become a cause of decline. Then, the teacher Samagragraha, spoke the teachings of the Vajra Guru. The source of the wish-fulfilling jewel, the Guru is intelligent and has oral instructions. Whoever opens the door of certainty, led by unsparing offerings, the aggregates of body, speech, and mind, should all be respectfully offered to him. If one makes offerings to the Guru, it is the same as making offerings to the Buddhas of the ten directions. If one prostrates to the Guru, it is honoring the Buddhas. If one despises the Vajra Guru, it is the same as deceiving all the Buddhas. If one does not respect the Guru, and has not obtained the certainty of oral instructions, if someone acts according to the text, there will be no fruit and will be destroyed. Never separating in the three times, pleasing the Guru with offerings. Because his mind is the uprightness of Bodhicitta, it is the same as making offerings to all the Victors. By this, the non-dual accomplishment is obtained, and he will become a Buddha. Then, the excellent son of knowledge, should listen to this Tantra in accordance with the scriptures. Strive well, and keep it in mind. With mantras and mudras constantly blessing, no matter the time, number, and kalpas, these should never be interrupted.

Although secrecy is without distinction, it is secret to those who break vows, and extremely secret to those who are not vessels. For those that should be practiced, one should clearly understand the order, and in order to definitively distinguish, it will be explained by unraveling from the scriptures. After speaking thus, Vajrasattva asked: Bhagavan, all dharmas are devoid of causes, and are of the nature of being spontaneously accomplished from the beginning. Why is it that the order of vows is distinguished? The Bhagavan replied: Vajrasattva, all the Sugatas of the ten directions and three times, all actions are non-actions. Why is that? Because it is the meaning of not having attachment. The meaning of the great Bodhisattvas is that those who have attained the meaning of the departed ones, all non-actions are actions. Why is that? Because it is the meaning of the manifestation of miraculous birth from the unborn. Great Bodhisattva, all the Sugatas of the ten directions and three times, all that is spoken from the mouth is unspoken, that is, in the emptiness of dharmata, there is no meaning to be spoken. Great Bodhisattva, the Sugatas, what is unspoken is spoken. Why is that? Because it is the meaning of teaching the Dharma through the door of samadhi, making the undistracted wisdom clear. Great Bodhisattva, the Sugatas of the ten directions are abiding and non-abiding. Why is that? Because it is appearance without inherent existence. Great Bodhisattva, the Sugatas are, not abiding but abiding, why is that? Because it is the meaning of the mind pervading all like the sky, and possessing the five kinds of manifest knowledge, and possessing the major and minor marks as observed. Great Bodhisattva, these vows of the Sugatas, guarding is not guarding. Why is that? Because it is the meaning of equality, without transgression or destruction. Great Bodhisattva, likewise, all dharmas are existent and non-existent. Why is that? Because it is the meaning of not being established as real and not being permanent. Great Bodhisattva, all dharmas are non-existent and existent. Why is that? Because emptiness itself becomes the cause of things. Great Bodhisattva, all dharmas
