On the cross, visualize Mount Meru. If you think of pressing down on it, you can even subdue the army of the Buddhas. What need to mention the army of human kings? Thus it is said. This is the method for bewildering the enemy's army. Visualize the image of the enemy or the army, or make it into an image. On a vajra phurba of proper measure, generate the form of a wrathful deity from Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable Hūṃ), and then recite your own vidyā-mantra. Meditate on striking it in the heart. If done with wrath, even the army of the Buddhas will be intoxicated, without a doubt. Thus it is said. This is the method for achieving not sinking in water. In the center of the sphere of space, meditate intensely on the lord of mantra. On all the water, meditate on it being filled with Buddhas. Think of gently striking from above. Meditate on the feet of all the Buddhas being on the crown of the head. Like this Having become thoroughly accustomed, one will be able to move as if walking on land. Thus it is said. This is the method for achieving the unobstructed siddhi of wind. In the sky, in the center of the vajra, meditate on the mandala of the moon residing in the center. One should meditate on the yoga of the deity. In the direction below, from Yaṃ (藏文：ཡྃ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable Yaṃ), meditate on the wind blowing intensely. Having meditated intensely like this, one will be able to go in the sky like a bird, and will be able to travel to all the pure lands. Thus it is said. This is the method for achieving the siddhi called "Clear Sun." Meditate on body, speech, and mind as vajra, and in the heart, meditate on the mandala of the sun. From that, light radiates, and it will certainly dispel the places of darkness. Thus it is said. This is the method for achieving the cutting off of wind. Go to the direction of the wind, and make a square platform. Make seven incense dots, and generate seven winds from Yaṃ (藏文：ཡྃ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable Yaṃ). After invoking the wind deity, cover it with a bowl. On top of that, meditate on La (藏文：ལ，梵文天城体：र，梵文罗马拟音：ra，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable Ra) as Mount Meru. Meditate on wrathful deities burning and pressing down on the peak of Mount Meru. By this, even the winds of destruction will be bound, without a doubt. Thus it is said. This is the method for causing rain to fall. In the center of the sphere of space, meditate on an eight-petaled lotus. In the center is a powerful wrathful deity, and on the petals are Nāgas.

Between the two Hūṃs (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ), the essence of the nagas is increased and tormented. In the place where the nagas reside, recite the word Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ). If you visualize the nagas suppressed by the wrathful one vomiting rain from their mouths, rain like the end of an eon will fall. Thus it is said. This is the method to stop rain and hail. In the center of the sky, visualize the mandala of the sun residing in the center, the glorious horse supreme appearing. The face is like the color of the sun, the light is beautiful, the light pervades the sky. Place the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) syllable on the tongue, and visualize with the light of a mountain of fire, all the clouds filled with rainwater are dried up, and swallowed by the tongue, it will surely become dry. Or on that very tongue, visualize the syllable Yaṃ (藏文：ཡྃ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：Yaṃ) transforming into wind, blowing away the clouds. Or with the hand gesture of a sword, visualize cutting the rain clouds and the form of the nagas, cutting them into pieces, and then with the threatening mudra of the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) syllable, gather them and recite the self-aware mantra, then even the terrifying heavy rain will disappear in an instant. Thus it is said. This is the method to eliminate obstacles. In the center of the sky, visualize in the center of the sun, the wrathful one, the great hand gesture of Achala, surrounded by many wise ones. With the self-aware mantra and posture, loudly proclaim Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) and Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Phaṭ), all the arrogant ones of the three realms will be destroyed like dust. Thus it is said. This is the method to bind thieves. From the soil of footprints and dog blood, make a mark with a name. On a peg made of human bone, recite the radiant mantra, reciting it twenty times, insert it into the two eyes. Offer the manifested offerings, strike with a vajra club. Oṃ Sumba Vajra Musale Natsa Yanara Bighnan Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Phaṭ). If you start doing this, you will surely be able to stop the barbarian. Thus it is said. This is the method to extinguish fire. In the place where the fire is spreading, visualize the king of the sky, the garuda, with a color like hail, adorned with a thousand black snakes.
