Then, those with discriminating thoughts reported as follows: "King of Wish-fulfilling Thoughts, our vows are as follows: Whoever cuts off the head, whoever holds that auspicious sign, will become like a wish-fulfilling jewel. That is our vow," they reported. Then, the assembly of those of low caste and defiled reported as follows: "King of Perfect Power, our vows are as follows: Eating beef, dog meat, horse meat, and human meat, elephant meat, etc., will accomplish all qualities. That is our vow," they reported. Then, the blood-drinking demonesses reported as follows: "King of Blood-Drinkers, our vows are as follows: The blood of all living beings, warm after being killed, drinking it will make glory blaze. That is our vow," they reported. Then, the female illusionists reported as follows: "Lord of Great Miracles, our vows are as follows: Skull bones, leg bones, and butter, blood, mixed with wine and Amrita (Sanskrit: अमृत, amṛta, nectar of immortality), are the substances of vows for accomplishing magic. Then, those of low and filthy caste reported as follows: "Great Fierce One, our vows are as follows: Great meat, feces, urine, semen, blood, are the substances of vows where nectar gathers, which completely destroy diseases. Then, the assembly of women reported as follows: "Great Seductress, our vows are as follows: Dancing, singing, beautiful words and poetry, captivating the mind with charming gestures, engaging in sexual activity through skillful means, these are the vows of joy. Then, the assembly of gamblers reported as follows: "Lord of Speech, our vows are as follows: Because it is difficult for others to fathom, speaking appropriately with the manifestation of speech is not the greatest deception. Prayed. Great and true heroes, our vows are as follows: If in truth, one knows all, whatever great or small deeds are done, if not swayed by the two, then that is our vow. Thus prayed. Thereafter, the assembly relying on secret words prayed: Secret yoga, our vows are as follows: Excrement, urine, blood, and coal-juice clothes, if worn in hundreds or thousands, cutting off the lingam will frighten even the Buddha, the secret mantra is the secret vow. Thus prayed. Thereafter, the Bhagavan bestowed the vow of not mixing impurities and not completely prohibiting: All fortunate ones gathered here, with their individual diverse interests, the wish-fulfilling jewel of vows, should be fully embraced. Destroying the sects of others, and while committing the five uninterrupted sins, contemplating oneself as a great being, that is said to be a vessel for achieving Buddhahood. Mothers, daughters, sisters, and all wandering women, if one indulges in lustful acts with them, those are said to be vessels for achievement. Those who delight in killing, if they sever the life force of beings, eating flesh, gnawing bones, and drinking blood, that is the true great vow. From the treasury of the lord of wealth, taking gold and the like without being given, and after taking, enjoying the pleasures of desire, this is the true vow. The yogi with wisdom, if one cuts off the head of another, and understands the Dharma in a charnel ground vessel, that is the vow of true view, it is the supreme vow of desire. Beef, dog meat, horse meat, and great meat, yak meat is the best, it is the food of great yogis, therefore others should not be eaten. In the great red ocean of blood, if there is one who drinks, that is the vow of all blood drinkers, if one drinks it all, the power is great. With dances, songs, lyrics, and the like, after relying on all women, those who engage in lustful misconduct, that is the great vow of Dharma nature. Because that which is profound is difficult to fathom, saying non-existence as existence, saying existence as non-existence, conforming to the situation and lying, that is the vow of the Buddha's words. Those who from beginningless time, wherever they wander, it is their own fault, scolding the eight faults and lying, that is the vow of the Buddha's speech. All distinctions.
