Self-cognizant wisdom, complete without large or small, without long or short, without good or bad, without fault or merit, without acceptance or rejection, without superior or inferior, without clean or unclean, without pleasure or pain, without high or low, without wide or narrow, without increase or decrease, without mixture or impurity, complete without division. Lord of Lanka, these dharmas are similar only in some aspects, but the example of self-cognizant wisdom is dissimilar in any aspect. Lord of Lanka, various arrangements are taken as examples that conform to the Dharma, namely, abiding, entering, unmixed, clear, distinct, various enjoyments, appearances, and completely unconfused. Lord of Lanka, these dharmas are similar only in some aspects, but the example of self-cognizant wisdom is dissimilar in any aspect. Lord of Lanka, the wish-fulfilling jewel is taken as an example that conforms to the Dharma, namely, non-discrimination, acting, arising desire, fulfilling needs, fulfilling hopes, continuous, generating joy, inexhaustible, establishing in bliss, accomplishing everything, unobstructed, non-returning, supremely generous, accomplishing needs. Lord of Lanka, these dharmas are similar only in some aspects, but the example of self-cognizant wisdom is dissimilar in any aspect. Said: Lord of Secrets, what is the power of meaning, what is the supreme word, that is called wisdom? Said: Lord of Lanka, all dharmas are known as they are, without inversion, without arising or ceasing, and because of that establishment, it should be known that it is the power of meaning, the only supreme word. Lord of Lanka, also like the sky, like a mirror, like a rainbow, like shapes and colors, like clouds and vapors, appearing uncreated, these dharmas are similar only in some aspects, but the example of self-cognizant wisdom is dissimilar in any aspect. Lord of Lanka, all clear, doors not closing, miraculous transformations arising, gathering into one, perfectly complete, these should be known as actions. Lord of Lanka, unmixed, complete, unmixed complete.

Scattered particles and, continuity and, without object, these should be recognized as appearing visible. Lord of Lanka, uninterrupted and, not spreading and, not seeking and, not leaving behind and, becoming the cause, these should be recognized as the power of skill. Lord of Lanka, thus mind is mind appearance, appearance should be recognized as wisdom, these are also secret and supreme, should be recognized as merely the blessing appearance of suchness. After saying this, the doubts of the Bodhisattvas of inferior bodies such as the Lord of Lanka, who were completely contemplating in their hearts, were cut off. In the Great Sutra of the Gathering of the Intentions of All Buddhas, Chapter Thirty-two, the Chapter on the Arrangement of the Supreme Ornament of the Appearance of Mind Wisdom. Then again, the Lord of Lanka, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, asked the Lord of Secrets: Lord of Secrets, the mind's What is suchness? What is consciousness? What is wisdom? What is called body? The Lord of Secrets said: Lord of Lanka, what you asked is thus, thus it is heard. Mind is mind, mind appearance and, mind-born, that is suchness, that is entry and, that is continuity. Consciousness is the alaya and, the entering mind and, the five doors that continuously arise. Wisdom is that which is recognized as suchness. Body is the basis of the arising, entering, and appearing of that. Again, the Lord of Lanka asked: Lord of Secrets, what is recognized? What is arising? What is entering? What is appearing? What is the basis? The Lord of Secrets said: Lord of Lanka, these five questions you asked, thus it is heard. What is recognized is, recognizing itself without arising from elsewhere. What is the reason for that? Lord of Lanka, if it arises from elsewhere, then it is sudden, and that suchness called wisdom is not allowed to be like that. Arising refers to emanation. What is the reason for that? Emanation is unborn, unexperienced, continuously arising in whatever place. Entering refers to perfect enjoyment, what is the reason for that? That is the very yoga that enters into what is truly abiding within. Appearance refers to the Dharmakaya, what is the reason for that? It appears in the nature of the arising of the two from the union of the two.
