Na Te. Each individual thought, settled in non-thought, reveals emptiness, with nothing perceived. Emptiness is free from elaboration, and speech ceases. In the inexpressible nature of reality, emptiness does not perceive emptiness. Non-perception is the meaning of luminous emptiness. Practice in the dharma without characteristics. Attachment to objects of grasping and being grasped appears as the dharma with characteristics. Non-attachment to sides is emptiness, emptiness and non-emptiness are not two. Like dreams and awakening, these two dharmas of existence and non-existence are dharmas of non-existence; where there is no perception in existence and non-existence, that is the sign of non-duality. Diligently practice the meaning of letters. From within, arising is without birth. A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) is the best of all letters. In the mandala of self-awareness's heart, the light of universal appearance gathers. One's own body, immaterial, dissolves into light. It transforms into a body of emptiness without birth. The body born from the unborn, the body without a body, is the best of bodies. By realizing the limit of the body, one with the body of wisdom is the Thus-Gone One. Appearance is the deity's form in the generation stage, emptiness is the dharma body in the completion stage. Abide in the state free from dualistic grasping. From the emanation and absorption of the unborn A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), the environment and beings, immaterial, dissolve into light. Meditate that even light is not perceived, as emptiness. That luminous clarity of the nature of emptiness is like the halo of the sun and moon. In the pure land of the luminous palace, the unobstructed body of light is clear. There, abide in the state free from grasping. Realize the non-duality of appearance and emptiness. Through the emanation and absorption of the awareness A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), purify all substantial appearances into emptiness. Purify the appearance of emptiness into substance. Gather the non-duality of appearance and emptiness into one. Practice the meaning of one and many. Without meditating on samadhi, there is no liberation; samadhi cuts through doubt. In the samadhi of all minds, master samadhi. If you gain power over the mind's magic, whatever you do will appear as such. The unchanging, all-liberating, all-pervading one, the complete Buddha, arises from A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). It is a sacred letter of great meaning. Appearance-emptiness, illusory body, vajra body. By practicing the path with vajra wind, the qualities of warmth and bliss are between the crown of the head and the secret place. Dhuti, the empty belly palace. In the center of the all-clear view, the great mother born from A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). Tummo, the fire of wisdom blazes.

Thus. The five elements are surrounded by the five mothers who burn them, Great fires blaze on each of their bodies. In the center of emptiness, the crown of the head, and the navel, From the white and clear ཧྂ (Tibetan, हं,ham, seed syllable HUM) arises Heruka, the father of the bindu bodhichitta. As the great bliss nectar continuously descends, The five fathers who liberate the aggregates are surrounded, From each pure land, bodhichitta emanates. First, at the time of the arising wind element, Rub the lower part and raise it upwards. Second, with the upper wind of inhalation, Inhale from above and push downwards. Third, the two abiding winds, In the mandala of the union of the central channel, The five mothers of the navel blaze with light, Burning the habitual tendencies of the grasping body. The clear and empty flame blazes upwards. The five fathers on the crown of the head are blessed with warmth, The nectar of bodhichitta descends. From the mixture of fire and bodhichitta, The father and mother in union, bliss and warmth blaze. The body of coemergent burning and dripping, Is called the lion's neck intertwined. The two winds are gathered into one and controlled, The upper and lower parts are joined and the wheel is bound. All the appearances of external objects of grasping and being grasped, Are destroyed in an instant. The mind of grasping is without object, bliss and warmth blaze, The signs of mastering the life-force wind, Appearances like smoke, mirages, Fireflies and butter lamps appear. When life and effort abide equally, And the grasping and being grasped of the body are purified, Then tummo has entered the essential point. Warmth is merely an external quality, And bliss is an internal quality. With the vajra of the male wind of skillful means, Destroy the conceptual thoughts ཨེ་མ་ཧོ (Tibetan, एमाहो,emaho,Emaho!). In the center of the three channels and five chakras, The five fathers and five mothers spontaneously unite. Through the path of the entering sun and moon, After combining the two winds of skillful means and wisdom, When the lower tummo blazes with fire, The father's bodhichitta descends, From the crown of the head to the throat, First, it generates the joy of the body. When it descends to the heart, it generates the joy of speech, In the navel, the joy of mind, Arises the joy of being separated from both. It descends to the secret place, the place of protecting bliss, Possessing the bindu with sixteen halves, Transcending the calculation of having no limbs, Possessing the peak of the four dhyanas, By abandoning grasping and being grasped, The coemergent joy arises. Bliss and emptiness are inseparable, It is the enjoyment of the great bliss king, By cultivating and training the wind of wisdom, The bliss-emptiness wisdom becomes perfected. With the six branches of union, The wind and mind
