Leaping into the waves of the three destinies, Like a madman taking his own life, Experiencing self-inflicted suffering. External conditions are the realm for creating non-virtue. Whatever benefit or harm is accomplished by actions, Is established by clinging to the realm of ripening. Although the realm for performing virtue and vice is inconceivable, Offerings and generosity are absent in oneself and the three. The worthy of offering, the worthy of praise, the place of prostration, The worthy of prostration is the supreme guru. The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, Khenpo, Acharya, Vidyadhara friends. Objects and reflections are worthy of reverence. Parents and other kind ones, are the heavy realm for harming the Dharma. With the power of benefit and love, Objects and lineage are all as children. Because of suffering and being without protectors, The poor, destitute, and lowly classes, Patients and others are the realm of compassion. The deceased, intermediate beings, and sentient beings, Oneself, equals, and competitors, Know that they are all small. Even if aroused by external conditions, The non-virtue of the two natures is small. The aggregates are deceived by the Mara of this life, The son of the gods is bound in this life by Mara. The Lord of Death steals this life by Mara, The afflictive emotions torment with suffering by Mara. Obstructing the bliss of liberation, In the darkness, there is no time to awaken. One's own Mara arises in oneself, Mara is the illusion of ego-grasping, If ego-grasping is abandoned, all Maras are subdued. Possessing the roar of the lion of selflessness, Destroying the heretical lineages and evil destinies. The hero is victorious over Mara, Acting to dispel the fear of the four Maras. The wisdom body of the Bhagavan, The results of ignorance, knowledge, and accumulation, In the very moment of the same cause, Perverted views, hatred, and fierce cruelty are great. The Vajra Master descends as Mara, The protector and spiritual friend also become executioners, Close relatives all hate as enemies, One will take one's own life. Desire, the same cause, is great craving and attachment, Stinginess and miserliness cause poverty and destitution, Greed for others' possessions causes one's own wealth to be lost, Craving for impure food. Delusion, the same cause, is loss of mindfulness, One does not know oneself and does not listen to others, Always being ignorant and sleepy, Suffering arises from unwholesome thoughts. With the power of hatred, those of the same kind, Will grasp the realm of subduing enemies. For the greedy, it is the realm without oil, For the deluded, it is in the remote and dangerous ravine, Attachment arises for those without friends, The

When not ripe, one's own actions will come upon oneself. The great are born in the hells of hell, the middling are born in the hells of the hungry ghosts, the small are born as animals and hungry ghosts, and the subtle are born as animals and demi-gods. Even if one commits a small non-virtue, one cannot escape from the states of disadvantage. When the ripening of non-virtue manifests, there is no place to flee to another land. Wrong perception is suffering. The sufferings of karma and afflictions, the quickest occur in this life, the middling occur in the intermediate state and the next life, and the last ripen in other lifetimes. Whether or not they ripen depends on whether the causes and conditions are assembled or not. Virtue and vice are like medicine and poison, of which one destroys the other completely, or one suppresses the other and cannot ripen. When one is exhausted and the other increases, it becomes great. The accumulation of earlier and later is the same as the earlier and later, and the great and small fruits. In the actions of non-virtuous delusion, the preparation and actual deed born of hatred and aversion are complete. Those who have become objects of offering and those who are in accordance with them are called great. Those who are born of desire and have any one of them complete are middling for those who have compassion. Those who are indifferent have only a part, and those who are jealous are small. The fruits of the ripening of sins without selfish desires are subtle. In the appearance of all things in their own nature, whatever fruit of karma is done, the great are like the people in the marketplace, seen by all and widely known. The middling are like villagers, and the last also appear like the people in the monastery. They are invisible, unattainable, and non-existent. Suffering is born from suffering, the master of suffering, and exists like a stream of suffering. The nature of reality is free from elaboration, but due to ignorance in one's own mind, one grasps the grasper and the grasped as if they were non-existent, and is deluded in self and other. The various kinds of thoughts are the drawings of the one nature of mind, just as the various colors and drawings are drawn by one artist. The various kinds are the self-appearance of the mind, and there is no maker apart from oneself. As if non-existent, one grasps at self, and because one has not realized it, the cause is ignorance and dualistic grasping. One's own conditions fall into the path of the five poisons, and one clings to them, grasps them, and their forms appear in the mind and give rise to the five realms. Wherever one is born, one makes the skillful creations of one's own conditions and thoughts on the cloth of the all-ground consciousness. That and its appearance, the realm of sentient beings and afflictions in the three realms, the other-dependent five sense faculties, desire and existence.
