Marked with "Oṃ," the Bhagavan Hayagriva King attained the accomplishment of life without birth or death, and dwells in the great sign of the Yungdrung. The root of ignorance is severed. The five poisons are naturally liberated. All the obscurations of karmic imprints from beginningless samsara are cleansed. From subduing the four maras, one attains Buddhahood in the four kayas. Achieving enlightenment without practicing Dharma, this is to encounter the Nirmanakaya. This is to utilize the great precious jewel of meaning. Without this precious Dharma, others cannot attain Buddhahood. Through this, one attains Buddhahood without practicing Dharma. This is the precious jewel of meaning. Its qualities are well explained as follows: The qualities of this, speaking, listening, meditating, and all the Dharma practices done, all attain Buddhahood. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. In the authentic secret language: Mama Koli Samanta. In Tibetan: The Tantra of Self-Arisen Awareness. Ema, the yogi who holds this has great fortune. The yogi who reads this has great fortune. The yogi who carries this has great fortune. This is the great self-arisen one. Ema Kīri Kiriḥ Masta Bha Li Bha Li.

Two are the teachings, and three are the teachings on the order of signs. The first is the dharma that has no sharpness or dullness in the senses. Even a blind person does not look. If all other causes of action words have no eyes, then the meaning of the words is not clear. For such a meaning, this sign is enough, so it is excellent. If there is no ear, one cannot hear, so one cannot listen. If one does not rely on hearing, one will not be clear. This sign is enough, so it is excellent. This tantra does not depend on actions, nor does it depend on physical disability, curvature, or beauty. Other tantras often have many meaningless things that rely on the path of recitation of body, speech, and mind. This tantra is enough to rely on those that exist, so it is excellent. It is the dharma that has no thickness or thinness in habits. Because there is no need to meditate. Other tantras are often meaningless if one does not meditate. This tantra is enough to rely on, so it is excellent. It is the dharma that has no old or young age. There is no need for the effort of meditation and practice. It is enough to breathe. Other tantras require wind essence, and if it is not cold or hot, one must practice. This tantra is enough to rely on those that exist, so it is excellent. It is the dharma that has no good or evil in karma. Other tantras do not obtain fruit without abandoning evil and practicing good. This tantra only relies on it, even if one has committed the five inexpiable sins, but if one encounters this, it will become a transformation of liberation from the lower realms. Liberation by relying on it is excellent. This tantra, held in the body of sentient beings in the six realms, holds the lineage of all Buddhas. Therefore, it is called the only son of all Buddhas. The method of teaching the practice of holding the tantra is: this book should be written in gold letters with the three syllables undamaged and pure, wrapped in various silks, sealed with various medicines, placed on the mandala, and a vast feast wheel should be arranged. Offer a mandala of five precious substances, and a golden mandala one cubit long decorated with jade, and offer a mandala of fruit and empower. Or recite the mantra of the tantra and place it on the heart or crown of the student of the tantra. Planting the vessel and planting the growth: one should know the growth cycle like that of the Dakinis. To benefit other sentient beings, if rainbows, sounds, thunder, earthquakes, etc. appear in the sky, face east, south, west, or north.
