With the empowerment of the unchanging essence of ultimate meaning, Elaborations are severed by non-existence in meaning. Elaborations of the extremes of non-existence and existence are severed. Elaborations of non-duality and the extremes of duality are severed. All the categories of empowerment, Are magical manifestations of the mind of enlightenment, Gathered into the expanse of the uncontrived ground of all. The great, undifferentiated empowerment gathers into the inexpressible expanse. With the great non-dual empowerment, One is primordially enlightened without change. Without distinction, one obtains all the empowerments. Having obtained the empowerment of self-illuminating awareness, Having obtained self-sovereignty by oneself, one is the king of empowerment. Having empowered the mind's phenomena, Elaborations are severed without anything to empower. Elaborations are severed without empowerment. Thus it is said. The empowerment section, severing elaborations with a blazing razor of precious gold, is complete.
