。 After the hell realms are emptied, it is always like that. For those with the signs of pretas, with the combination of the letter བྷྱ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning), recite seven hundred times with breath. Place བྷྱ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning) on the tongue, and gather with the nature of wisdom. Similarly, on the mouth of the vase, after washing the white with the stream of wisdom, after the preta realms are emptied, that person is also like that. Whoever has the sign of an animal, with the combination of the letter རྒྱ་, purify the places with this. Recite nine times with breath. After placing རྒྱ་ on the mark, with emptiness, throw it again and again with the wind. Similarly, on the mark of the vase, after washing with the stream of wisdom, after the animal realms are emptied, that person is also like that. If the sign of a god appears, with the combination of the letter ཏྂ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning), with breath, purify the consciousness with the number eleven. One may also think of placing the letter ཏྂ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning) on the crown of the head. Direct the uncontaminated consciousness to the consciousness in the eye. Similarly, on the crown of the vase, after purifying with the stream of wisdom, after the god realms are emptied, that person obtains the place of human birth. Whoever has the sign of an asura, with the combination of the letter ཀེྂྂ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning), recite twenty times with breath. In the right armpit, the wise place the letter ཀེྂ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning). Expand the consciousness to great equality. Similarly, the vase is in the armpit, after washing with the stream of wisdom, after the asura realms are emptied, that also obtains the place of human birth. Thus, following after, gradually moving from higher to higher places, gradually the lifespan becomes shorter, and the human place obtains happiness. Afterwards, when the ritual is complete, if that person has not separated from the breath, with his own breath and the letter, purify the places without doubt. The aforementioned. If one has separated from the breath, then with the place of the corpse, as mentioned before, purify with the stream of wisdom from the vase, that also has no doubt. If the corpse has not been placed for many days, from the time of death until twenty-one days have passed, strive for the ritual on the seventh day. The samadhi of visualization is precious as mentioned before. Or do seven weeks.

At that time, the path of the Nirmanakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Dharmakaya was also shown. Various kinds of Dharma should be taught. If someone possesses such rituals, then there will be no doubt for seven days for this person, and they will surely obtain the fruit. Also, listen to the Inconceivable One. Those shown above are the ways of death for ordinary people. Yogis should observe in this way: The lowest faculties continue in the existence of the Bardo (srid pa bar do), like a fox with a broken leg. Similarly, the middle faculties, like the way of death of a wild animal, dying in a mountain or empty valley, this is the way of death for yogis. Also, like a lion in the snowy mountains, or without knowing whose corpse it is, like a beggar, or dying like a young child, this is the place of death for intermediate yogis. If it is like the way of death of a Dakini, or like the way of death of a Vidyadhara, like a flame naturally extinguished, without a trace, the sky like mist, a broken pottery, the sky inside the pottery has nowhere to go, these are all elements naturally dissolving. Without a trace, neither taking nor giving, like this, is the realm of activity for the highest yogis, and by being accustomed to this, one can naturally obtain it. By knowing these instructions at the time of death, one can understand the characteristics of the transformation of body and mind. For a yogi who abides in this way, death is observable and also unobservable. Similarly, free from all fears, free from attachment to the body. Merely through view and meditation, for those who possess yoga, there is neither benefit nor harm. There is no result of neither benefit nor harm, therefore there is no place to abide in this. Free from the ripening of cause and effect. Therefore, being accustomed to this is the best. Self-arising, self-liberation, the realm of no birth. Before time changes, appearances change. The spontaneously accomplished primordial purity merges into the realm. Free from the two extremes of hope and fear. At the end of the two extremes of cause and effect, the realm of primordial purity, the non-duality of emptiness and awareness. Therefore, these are sufficient through realization. Uncreated, spontaneously perfect, Great Perfection. This is the third chapter of the Secret Tantra of the Union of the Sun and Moon, which explains the Bardo of the Death Moment. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning). Then, the Inconceivable One asked again: Alas, Teacher Vajrasattva, if the Bardo of the Death Moment is like that, then what is the Bardo of Dharmata? Please bestow this meaning upon me. Then, the Bhagavan arose from the Samadhi of completely distinguishing the invisible, and spoke: Alas, Inconceivable
