From here, summarize. Mix the great luminosity with sleep. Having become accustomed to this, the yogi Will definitely unite with the three kayas. The knowledge of the essential path of dreams is, First, act and grasp the key points. First, tame the body, speech, and mind, Based on the signs of mastery, Examine and subdue with power, Be sure to grasp these three habitual tendencies. Then, when it's time to grasp the key points, Tame, transform, and cut, Churn, extract the essence, and throw into the key points. By making the vajra posture and reversal the key points of action, The dreams of action will eventually be exhausted, Uproot habitual tendencies and illusions from their source. At this time, through one's own diligence, The best will cut off, the middling will know, The lowest will definitely change. These initial dreams also, The best will forget, the lowest will cease, The middling will be very clear, Know that this is the lowest. The lowest is unclear, then changes. Through these, one will reach the standard. The answer to the thirty-first question. If a person does not tame their own mind, Meditating on non-thought will definitely go wrong, Falling into distraction, the clinging to "I" will arise. The order of taming first, And the main practice depends on one's own continuum. The order of taming first is, Starting with the preliminary of the body, The causes of individual actions cease. Remaining in the vajra posture, Taming the body benefits the mind. Speech is dwelling in Hūṃ~ྂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: 吽), Through blessing and practicing skills, And entering the path of seeking the vital points, Thus, taming speech benefits the mind. The mind is initially arising, Dwelling in the middle, and eventually vanishing. Thus, by examining and analyzing the three, Taming the mind, one knows the true nature of the mind. The main practice depends on one's own continuum is, By relying on the key points of the body and speech, As well as the key points of the mind. Be sure to use the breath slowly, Generated from extreme inflation, The connection between body and mind is severed, And one will no longer cycle in the three realms. The answer to the thirty-second question. The necessity of breath is twofold, To perfectly create the worldly body, And the life that sustains and abides, Power and lifespan, etc., increase, It is the action of accumulating merit. Generating the radiance and splendor of beings, Performing all the actions of expanding and gathering. Familiar with the past body and wisdom, As well as the bindu itself, Becoming light, empty, and clear. The elements of the body are exhausted, The mind's conceptual thoughts cease, Non-thought

Wisdom arises, and external appearances are exhausted, and wind and mind merge into one. Therefore, wind accomplishes all actions. Question and Answer Thirty-three. The vital point of the body is the channel, its location and arrangement, movement, etc., the wheel, the support, and the life of the body, name and distinction, cause and condition, the action and nature of what is done, from afflictive emotions and from wisdom, appearing manifestly by relying on the path, the distinctions of disease and the elements, and distinguishing by the extremes of abiding in confusion. Binding and stuffing also occur. By pressing, there is obstruction; by squeezing, there is binding. By pressing down, there is abiding; by contracting, there is clarity. By twisting, there is aversion; by straightening, there is knowledge. By pushing, there is stopping; by force, there is seizing. Thus, the channel, by means of the vital point, is also a symbol of the place where the Buddha abides. The winds that rely on the channels are twenty-one thousand six hundred in number, and are considered to be the winds of great movement. Its actions are of two kinds: moving upwards and eliminating downwards. In between, the wise seek the vital point itself. What definitely moves from the channels is one hundred twelve thousand six hundred. What definitely arises from the channels is considered to be the wind of small movement. The wise should know the time of sickness, demons, and life, and also strive to tame it by means of its vital point. For the great, one calculates the time, examining the supreme and common attainments. By the distinctions of individual actions, between action and wisdom, and from afflictions and non-thought, grasping the respective quantities, the meditator should purify completely, and thus be able to grasp the respective amounts of wind. Question and Answer Thirty-four. Desiring to stabilize the nature of the bindu, from the ultimate and the conventional, for the time being, relying on the conventional bindu, with the desire to become a Buddha, if one sees gods, demigods, Brahma, etc., who are complete with lineage and characteristics, or heretics of low lineage, complete with characteristics, one must definitely begin to perform the action of summoning, and perfect the body with the object of reliance itself and the channels, and the objects of focus. Then, the conventional bindu itself is lowered, held, and reversed, planted in the channels and mixed with the wind. Emptiness is stabilized, and wisdom follows and cuts off. The two, body and mind, should be exchanged. By stabilizing the ultimate bindu, one finds the realms of the emptiness of the Dharmakaya. The bindu is the lamp of emptiness.
