ར།། 肉毒、年毒、月毒等，说是能胜伏调合之毒。若要守护其他，于心间念诵咒语并吐唾沫。恒常行持并种下，思维毒之味道正直。此咒必定能成就十万遍。嗡桑哈卡利哈萨吽。（藏文：ཨོྂ་སང ཧ་ཀ་ལི་ཧ་ས་ཧཱུ~ྂ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ saṃ haka li ha sa hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 桑 哈卡利 哈萨 吽。）卡瓦达匝热，玛哈德瓦之眷属守护。嗡赞毕，嘿毕，玛哈毕，科若匝毕匝。（藏文：ཨོྂ་ཙན་འབིས། ཧེ་བྷིས། མ་ཧཱ་བྷིས། ཀོ་རོ་ཙ་བྷིས་ཛ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ can bhis he bhis mahā bhis ko ro ca bhis ja，汉语字面意思：嗡 赞毕 嘿毕 玛哈毕 科若匝毕匝。）念诵此咒并涂抹，以此能摧灭诸毒。麻风毒等草药毒，与二十一味上好冰片，于清净水中调合后，念诵此咒一百零八遍。以此沐浴全身后，置于毛孔中使其干燥，以此能胜伏一切草药毒。其咒语如下：嗡卡恰拉玛萨瓦哈。（藏文：ཨོྂ་ཁྲག་ཉལ་ར་མ་སཝཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ khrak nyal ra ma svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 卡恰拉玛 梭哈。）念诵此咒一百零八遍，并调合冰片，说是能从草药之毒中解脱。五百末法时期，于佛教衰落之际，毒之调合将广泛出现。以咒语守护彼等，调合毒、肉毒、草药毒，以上已宣说秘密咒语。强力毒之咒语如下：嗡章增索，库列哈日。（藏文：ཨོྂ་ཀྲང་ཀྲིང་སོད། ཁྲུག་ལེ་ཧརི།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ kraṃ kriṃ sod khruk le hari，汉语字面意思：嗡 章增 索 库列 哈日。）念诵此咒一百零八遍后，于两食指之间，即使取食强力毒，也必定能以咒语之力胜伏。时期乃是浊世之时，乃是佛教衰落之征兆，必定会出现毒之调合。麻风病等疾病，疾病有四百零四种。于彼等出现之时，宣说了此《圆满任运续》。以此等章节之出现，成为一切有情之怙主。如此行持圆满后，我已宣说息灭疾病。对于那些人类，若有夜晚之鬼怪和邪魔作祟，于五色丝线上，系上五个根本结，念诵根本秘密咒语一百零八遍，系于身上或颈间，便能从中解脱。五百末法时期，必定会出现各种牲畜疾病。息灭彼等之方法，于守护结界之轮中，最后书写八部众之猛咒，以黄色绸缎或布缠绕，于四指高的紫檀木橛上，秘密咒语之力

Ra. It is said that meat poison, year poison, month poison, etc., can overcome the combined poisons. To protect others, recite the mantra in your heart and spit. Constantly practice and plant these, and think of the taste of poison as upright. This mantra will surely be accomplished by a hundred thousand recitations. Om Sang Hakali Hasa Hum. (Tibetan: ཨོྂ་སང ཧ་ཀ་ལི་ཧ་ས་ཧཱུ~ྂ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ saṃ haka li ha sa hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Sang Hakali Hasa Hum.) Kava Da Tsare, protector of the retinue of Mahadeva. Om Tsenbhi, Hebhi, Maha Bhi, Koro Tsa Bhis Dza. (Tibetan: ཨོྂ་ཙན་འབིས། ཧེ་བྷིས། མ་ཧཱ་བྷིས། ཀོ་རོ་ཙ་བྷིས་ཛ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ can bhis he bhis mahā bhis ko ro ca bhis ja, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Tsenbhi, Hebhi, Maha Bhi, Koro Tsa Bhis Dza.) Recite this mantra and apply it, thereby destroying all poisons. For leprosy poison and other herbal poisons, mix twenty-one parts of the best camphor with pure water, and then recite this mantra one hundred and eight times. After bathing the whole body with this, place it in the pores of the hair to dry, thereby overcoming all herbal poisons. Its mantra is as follows: Om Khrak Nyal Rama Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོྂ་ཁྲག་ཉལ་ར་མ་སཝཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ khrak nyal ra ma svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Khrak Nyal Rama Svaha.) Recite this mantra one hundred and eight times and mix camphor, it is said to be liberated from herbal poisons. In the final five hundred years, when the Buddha's teachings are declining, the combination of poisons will widely occur. To protect against these with mantras, the combined poison, meat poison, and herbal poison, the secret mantras have been taught above. The mantra for powerful poison is as follows: Om Trang Tring Sod Khruk Le Hari. (Tibetan: ཨོྂ་ཀྲང་ཀྲིང་སོད། ཁྲུག་ལེ་ཧརི།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ kraṃ kriṃ sod khruk le hari, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Trang Tring Sod Khruk Le Hari.) After reciting this mantra one hundred and eight times, even if one takes and eats powerful poison between the two index fingers, it will surely be overcome by the power of the mantra. The time is the time of the degenerate age, a sign of the decline of the Buddha's teachings, and the combination of poisons will surely occur. Leprosy and other diseases, there are four hundred and four diseases. At the time of their occurrence, this "Perfect Spontaneous Tantra" was taught. By the appearance of these chapters, become the protector of all sentient beings. Having completed this practice in this way, I have explained the pacification of diseases. For those of the human race, if they are harmed by nocturnal ghosts and demons, on a five-colored thread, tie five fundamental knots, recite the fundamental secret mantra one hundred and eight times, and tie it on the body or neck, they will be liberated from that demon. In the final five hundred years, various livestock diseases will surely occur. The method to pacify these, in the wheel of the protective boundary, finally write the fierce mantras of the eight classes, wrap it with yellow silk or cloth, on a four-finger-high juniper stake, the power of the secret mantra.
