The eye that observes the movement of the four elements also has a focus. If the wind-mind does not stray from its place, there is no movement inside or outside, only invisible movement. Like clouds in the sky, a mass of clouds can never harm it. Likewise, the nature of Bodhicitta cannot be diminished by conceptualization. In the pure nature of one's own mind, it is spontaneously accomplished without seeking. No matter how one meditates, it is always within the bindu. Like an oil lamp of sesame, the radiance of wisdom shines brightly inside and out. Realizing one's own mind is becoming a Buddha, one does not need to go through the lower five paths. The secret mantra path of skillful means, in an instant, removes the accumulation of obscurations. If great joy and suffering arise, by abiding in great equanimity, this great medicine of definitive nectar will pacify all the diseases of afflictions. From the Precious Lamp of Secret Wisdom, the tantra of pith instructions, the seventh chapter, which removes the diseases of ignorance. Then, Vajrasattva asked again: "Alas! Lord of Secrets, in order to cut off conceptual thoughts, a teaching like a razor, please speak to us." The Lord of Secrets, Samantabhadra, replied: "Alas! Great Bodhisattva, listen! This great path of pure and complete liberation, for those who follow the tantras, directly points to one's own mind as the Buddha. In this life, one will effortlessly attain accomplishment, spontaneously accomplished without seeking. Thus, ignorant sentient beings are bound by their own minds. Although many skillful means are taught, this true king of pith instructions, the Kagyu lineage like a razor, is for the benefit of a few among millions of beings. Let phenomena abide in the mind, the pith instruction tantra that does not depend on others, the wisdom of union, should be understood as in one's own tradition, not depending on cause and condition, but a natural outpouring of forceful encounter. The three kayas, the fruit, are naturally present, the wisdom nature is stainless. This is self-blessing, in the places where consciousness gathers, let go of habits, relax body and mind, abandon the clinging of conceptual thoughts, which is the non-abiding equality. In the places where virtue increases, do not grasp at subtle or coarse objects. One should see one's own mind through skillful means, transcending the object of seeing things. Opening the eye of true wisdom, seeing one's own mind, immaculate and naked, rest comfortably."

It is the samadhi of the earth. Having understood it in that way, It is a son with perfect qualities. Do not focus on visible phenomena, and the same goes for emptiness. The nature of mind cannot be grasped directly; surely, clinging to oneself will bind you. If there is any attachment to this, like a worm bound by itself, it will be destroyed without bearing fruit. Therefore, those who wish to attain Buddhahood must cut off the root of their own mind. Non-conceptual wisdom is the tip of the nose. Therefore, know that the root of all dharmas is the nature of mind. (From the Secret Lamp Jewel Rosary of Wisdom Instructions Tantra) The eighth chapter, like a razor. Then, the hero Vajra spoke thus: Alas, Lord of Secrets! Protector of beings, compassionate one. For us who have become deluded, please explain how to recognize wisdom. The Lord of Secrets spoke again: Alas, great hero, listen! Recognizing that (wisdom) is explained as fivefold: general summary, allowing the six aggregates to be free, encounter, and the method of abiding. First, recognizing wisdom is like a skilled doctor, who understands the illness and the patient's condition through pulse and urine. Just as naming a disease after it has been identified, similarly, through the tantras of the Sugatas, the instructions of the wise guru, and the distinctions of one's own experience, relying on the three valid cognitions, if one can grasp the wisdom that pervades like space with "recognition," one will encounter bliss. The intention of the general summary of wisdom is like a confusing three-faced mirror; similarly, it is the name for realizing the true nature. There is no distinction between this life and the next; similarly, it is abiding in meaning. The instruction of allowing the six aggregates to be free is like a man afflicted by illness, without the distinction of shame between mother and sister; similarly, a person who realizes the nature of mind has no clinging to self and other. It is the intention of taking non-conceptuality into the path. Wisdom The instruction of encounter is like the Daraya medicine, which pacifies diseases through touch. Similarly, being nourished by the nectar of wisdom, the mind of the Buddha is in the bodies of sentient beings. The instruction of the mind abiding is like a turtle placed in a bowl, like holding by contracting the limbs; similarly, the yogi contains conceptual thoughts. By the yogi mastering the mind, the deluded consciousness cannot delude. Secret Lamp Jewel of Wisdom
