Vajradhara thus inquired: Kye Kye, Teacher Vajradhara! Thus, the essence is uncreated, Is creation the essence or not? In the essence that does not fall into any direction, Is falling into a direction the essence or not? In the essence that is without limit, Is there a limit to the essence or not? If the self-arisen essence is without certainty, Is the other-arisen the essence or not? Thus he inquired. The Teacher Vajradhara replied: Vajradhara, listen well! Uncreated and created, The two are non-dual, without distinction in name. The essence, view, meditation, conduct, And results, etc., are without creation. Not falling into any direction and falling into a direction, The two are non-dual, without difference or distinction. The essence's view, meditation, conduct, And results, etc., are without any direction. Limited and unlimited, The two are non-dual, without difference or distinction. The essence's view, meditation, conduct, And results, etc., are without limit. Self-arisen and other-arisen are not two, The essence's view, meditation, conduct, And results, etc., arise from themselves. The essence is uncreated, without direction, It is the self-arisen without limit. The uncreated Dharmakaya, etc., is KA (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Not falling into any direction, pervasive KHA (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), The unlimited GA (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), And the self-arisen NGA (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), these four, Cut the four extremes, surround the four. Thus he spoke. From the Root Tantra of the Vajra of Body, Speech, and Mind, the complete, The Fifth Chapter, the Cutting of the Four Extremes, the Chapter of Answers. Vajradhara spoke: Listen, Vajradhara and other retinues! With movement, memory, grasping, attachment, union, and liberation, The general ground is shown as the essence, The basis is determined by the knowable ground. With the four great hammers, strike the dual ground, With the related hammers, cut off the superimpositions. Gather the base, path, and fruit into the place of collection. In the nature of the uncreated, The general ground is taught like water, Movement, memory, grasping, attachment are taught on the path, The fruit, the three bodies, are taught as a collection. In the nature of the absence of bias, The general ground is taught like space, Sun, moon, planets, and clouds are taught on the path, The fruit, the end, is taught as vast. The general ground is taught as a jewel, Desires and elements are taught on the path, The unlimited is taught as the fruit. The general ground is introduced as earth, The four seasons are practiced on the path, The fruit is known as gold. Thus, in the four circles of knowledge, Other things also revolve in the same way.
