In the Bardo of Reality, cut off the root of delusion. In the Bardo of Dreams, determine the boundary of observation. In the Bardo of Birth and Death, grasp the face of wisdom. In the Bardo of Existence, continue the remainder of karma. Again, listen, glorious Vajradhara! Cutting off the root of delusion in the Bardo of Reality means cutting off the delusion of the body, cutting off the delusion of speech, cutting off the delusion of mind, cutting off the delusion of non-duality, and cutting off the delusion of objects. If the root of delusion is not cut off, it is difficult to be free from all afflictions. If one is not free from all afflictions, it is difficult to attain the Buddha's pure land. Therefore, liberate afflictions in their own place. And how is it liberated? The affliction of the body is the body with outflows. Transform it into a wish-fulfilling body and abide in it. The affliction of speech is the speech with cessation and decline. Transform it into something like a thunderclap and abide in it. The affliction of the mind is the mind of joy and displeasure. Transform it into great wisdom and abide in it. This separation of body and mind, which is the delusion of non-duality, transform it into the great non-duality and abide in it. This delusion of objects, these five great elements, transform them into a great mandala and abide in it. Vajradhara, listen! If delusion is cut off, it will be carried to the realm of meaning. This is the great Bardo, the body obtained by oneself, between Buddha and sentient beings, between Samsara and Nirvana, between heaven and hell. Whoever goes in this Bardo, it is the time when one obtains self-mastery, therefore it is the great Bardo. Thus it is said. The chapter on the Bardo of Reality, the fifth chapter. Again, the glorious Vajradhara asked: How does the Bardo of Dreams appear? Thus he asked. The Lord of Secrets replied: Vajradhara, listen! There are two kinds of Bardo of Dreams. What are these two? They are the dream of not being asleep and the teaching of the dream of being asleep. The dream of not being asleep is from the beginningless time, like the sky devoid of names, from self-luminous non-thought, because the mind moves in the three wheels, so in the first way, the name of mind is given, in the second way, the name of heart is given, in the third way, the name of speech is given. The subtle and gross of mind, the discrimination of heart.

Abode. The chapter on establishing the foundation, the second chapter is complete. Three teachers gave birth to three princes, how wonderful! The spontaneous great wind does not cease, so awareness clearly and greatly moves. Emptiness is self-clear in the light, the three sons constantly fight without time, how wonderful! The Dharmakaya without separation, the three kayas appear as three aspects. The nature of the three kayas is the same in the way they abide, but there is the cycle of the power of the three poisons, how wonderful! The three sons are without cessation, self-clarity increases in the realm, how wonderful! The chapter on indicating symbols, the third chapter is complete. Explaining the introduction to the practice of Mahayoga: The body that does not depend on appearance is introduced as the image in a mirror. The realm is clear and unmixed, so it is introduced as a rainbow in the sky. Non-duality is introduced as the moon in the water. These three introductions of Mahayoga show that one becomes a Buddha without practice. Explaining the introduction to Lungnu Yoga: The awareness that grasps is Samantabhadra. The self-clarity of the realm is Samantabhadri. Non-duality is introduced as uninterrupted bliss, showing that one becomes a Buddha without effort. The chapter on the introduction to Maha and Anu, the fourth chapter is complete. Introducing the oral instructions of Dzogchen Kha-byam: The spontaneously accomplished body of self-nature. In the great expanse, the wisdom that is non-dual in meditation and non-meditation is shown to be the Great Perfection Buddha. The introduction to the oral instructions of Atiyoga Kha-byam. The introduction to the convergence of bindus of the true introduction is threefold: All external appearances, called self-nature luminosity, are introduced as the self-clarity of the ground, showing that it is free from the effort of practicing Mahayoga. The non-cessation of various awarenesses is introduced as not going beyond the play of wisdom, showing that it is free from the effort of Lung Anu. All external and internal phenomena, during the time of delusion, appear as the play of wisdom, and during the time of liberation, recognize that they appear as the play. At the time of death, it is shown that one becomes a Buddha in the clear space of wisdom. Showing that the result is not obtained in the bardo, everything is self-liberated, self-Buddha, self-arising, transcending dualistic grasping. At that time, at that moment, it is called the convergence of the intention of the self-liberated Buddha. The chapter on the introduction to the convergence of bindus of the true oral instructions, the fifth chapter is complete. Introducing the channels and winds: Sentient beings remember
